Das Personal war ganz freundlich.

Die 6. Etage sah aus wie auf einer Baustelle. Das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt obwohl ich ausdrücklich darum gebeten habe.

Das Zimmer war traumhaft. Sehr sauber, groß und hatte einen fantastischen Ausblick. Das Bad hatte viele Ablagemöglichkeiten. Unser Auto haben wir während unseres Urlaubs bequem und einfach auf dem Parkdeck abstellen können.

Der Flur der 6. Etage war eine Baustelle. Es wurde gerade renoviert. Unser Zimmer lag direkt neben dem Personal-Fahrstuhl. Wir sind von dem Lärm am frühen morgen geweckt worden. Nach dem Frühstück wurde gebohrt und gehämmert.

It seems the hotel (12 floor) is about to finish its maintenance.

Close to the airport, the spacious room and comfortable beds.

One of the sheeds had a bloodstain on it, after we call the reception the did change it. The diner in the restaurant was a disappointment, not tasteful at all.

The property itself was quite easy to locate and close to both the airport and PSD dome arena.

While resturants are just a short walk away, most convenience stores were quite far away in terms of walking distance.

this place is my go to in dusseldorf but remember i have a car. its a nice clean newish hotel, rooms are really good, bed was overall excellent! air con in the room was good, i had nothing to complain about ! see u again soon

Price - the final invoice for stay paid at the reception desk was much more expensive then offer in reservation by booking.com.

The towells were stained, they were offering plastic cups for coffee in the room.

been coming for many years and it’s never lost any of its quality standards. it’s such a simple but well thought design it works so well. in particular this visit the shower was fantastic, bed majorly comfortable and as usual bar was friendly and breakfast first class.

The fold out bed was horrible. My child ended up sleeping on the floor witch was more comfortable.

Amazing hotel! Definitely my favorite in Germany (and wider). Great breakfast, beautiful breakfast restaurant, cozy lobby, extra large rooms. All clean and neat. Close to airport and messe. Staying here from 2013 and it's only getting better.
