The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and well-equipped. The hotel is very well located: in the old town, not far from the lake, near a big parking space.

Very basic room, even for a 3 star hotel

The location is perfect. Right in the middle of the city with the train station 5 minute away on foot and attractions also 5 minutes away.

Rooms are small, and we were on the 4th floor with no elevator access. When we asked if we can clean one of the baby’s bottles, the manager replied eloquently “yes, there is soap in the toilets that you can use” what a disgrace!

The location was very central, close to the Vevey market, the lake and close to transports. The staff was really friendly and the breakfast was great. Overall it was a great family weekend.

The only few things on the negative side were the hardness of the mattress, the duvet was for one person and not two, the door near the machinery of the lift (noisy at night). If you are allergic to duck feathers then you will not enjoy the pillows and duvets.

Very central location, smooth contact-less check-in, and basic but clean room

The windows / curtains offer no buffer. I was super noisy on the street until midnight (even with earplugs) and mega bright in the room at 6am. Fine if you can relax in Vevey but I was there for work and was pretty annoyed by the lack of sleep.
