The breakfast was fabulous! The lobby and bar area were interesting and comfortable.

The room decor was a let-down but the bathroom space was great.

Unexpected stairs! I know stairs are ubiquitous in Europe, but they are hard for me. There were only three between the lobby and my room, but I wish there were zero.

Great location, great hotel.

We had rooms on the front of the hotel and it was very noisy, it went quiet after 12 pm, but there was still a lot of noise until the early hours. I also dislike hotels that only have very small cups in the rooms, these are no good whatsoever for tea drinkers. It was also very hot in the room and there was no way of cooling it down (no A/C), so very uncomfortable during the night.

Central location and easy to get around. All staff were friendly and helpful. Good choice of food at breakfast

I was disappointed by the number of small little things that pull the hotel down vs. expectations and image they want to convey. - Restaurants were closed - No sauna - Noisy rooms - the doors bang - Very slow lifts - Cleaning stuff / laundry left in the corridors by my room in the evening, with cleaning staff starting noisily at 7:30 in the morning with vacuuming... - A general air of trying to be hip but with too many snags

The breakfast was the best i have ever had in a hotel. Beautiful hotel with lovely features in the centre of Oslo

Breakfast was excellent, good food well presented. Room was good. Shower flooded the whole bathroom and needs some attention. Great location. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel to others.

Wet bathroom floor. Also, desk staff was friendly and helpful but could have more nearby restaurant info offered.

Room service only included 1 coffee cup instead of 2. And they did not replenish the coffee pods so we had no coffee the 2nd day.

Fabulous hotel, looks amazing, very creative interior and accessories, loved it! They have a bar (much fun to have a drink there) and a restaurant where they both serve dinner and breakfast (last one is a buffet). Breakfast has everything you can wish for. Room is very spacious and comfortable. Staff is very polite and helpful. If you are looking for a place to stay in Oslo, choose this hotel.

Great hotel, super confirmable bed and one full duvet not two which I hate. Breakfast was very varied and really good and healthy too Really nice and lively lounge very trendy and on a great square.

Maybe if there was a gyn in house would be great though they would give you a voucher for a nearby Gym which I did not have to use as I checked in 11pm and left 8:30am.
