la situation
l'équipement : pas de penderie, pas de crochets pour torchons, serviettes, pas de tasses à café, pas de machine à café Nespresso, pas d'indication d'adresse pour la boulangerie avec offre privilégiée. A la fin du séjour, dépôt "sauvage" à l'entrée de l'établissement : pas de contrôle, ni de possibilité, oralement de partager les impressions. In fine, nous étions là pour deux nuitées, notre rouleau de papier WC était entamé, nous n'étions pas sûrs de terminer "confortablement", je suis allé quémander un nouveau rouleau... On nous a fourni un nouveau rouleau entamé (Merci, à la personne bienveillante à l'accueil, qui a fait pour le mieux...). Désolé pour ces petits détails

The residence is easy to find, clean, quiet and next to the Blanea so great if you want to spend time there.
The facilities are clean but small which is not unusual given the price. We were 3 so it felt okay.
The kitchen equipment was good and I loved the individual box of kitchen essentials i..e washing up liquid, dishwasher tablet, sponge that was left for us.
Sadly they had forgotten to leave sheets and towels in the room. Quite a serious omission really. As it was late when we noticed this we tried to contact staff via email and telephone and called the emergency number twice but had no response (reception was closed). So we couldn't shower and had to sleep without sheets which felt unhygienic. What was truly disappointing was the attitude of the establishment. There was no apology. I was told I should have been more persistent with my phone calls. After leaving I emailed the manager to express my disappointment and have still had no reply despite a follow up email. This is what is really disappointing for me and such a shame.

The location was good.
It was an apartment with chores to do on the way out, which was not noted on Booking.com. This is NOT a hotel. You have to put your own bed sheet , remove them and bring them to the reception desk in the morning and clean the apartment before leaving.
Plus there was only a bedroom with bunked beds, no actual bedroom with a full/queen bed. My husband and I had to sleep on the sofa that turned into a very poor and super hard bed that had a big gap in the middle.
We were there just for one night. This apartment is for multiple days.
Finally the towel heater in the bathroom was not working.

Great location, near to the restaurants, bars, shops and especially Balnea spa. The place is clean and everything you need is there.
The bed positions is odd, bunk bed by the front door and single bed in a single room.

The location is great
The apartment was too small.
The staff gives you the sheets when checking in, you have to make your own bed at arrival and remove the sheets the day out.
The outdoor furniture and the garden was dirty, not ready for new guests. There was dog poop in the terrace.

The location of the apartment is perfect, close to supermarket, services and lifts.
It has access by elevator and parking available just a few steps away.
The apartment is not so big, but it is a good size for 4 people. The terrace is spacious and comfortable.
Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. We had to clean up when we arrived. The administration demands that you leave it completely clean or they charge you an additional fee. We leave it cleaner than we found it.
Check in hours are reduced. We had to request that someone else collect the keys.
Sheets and towels are not included. They are offered at an additional cost.
The equipment in general is very poor.

The frigo is weird, some food were frozen inside while we did not know the reason cause some were not.
