Hotel Caribe is a great place for the staff, the services offered, the food, the room and it's location. The room was very comfortable.

The hotel is not a five star. It is more like a 3 star. The manager was very unpleasant. When we came we paid for the rooms,. After one hour they call me and tell me i paid more and returned some money. I told them three times to recheck. At the end of the stay they tell us that we did nit pay one room. When i told them that they told me everything is ok, all they said was it is a human mistake and the ,manager was extremely nasty instead of apologizing for the inconvenience. Even though the manager was always boosting that he is a great manager he was on contrary very unpleasant even though he wanted to show that he was pleasant. One evening the management allowed a party on the pool until 3 am in the morning. The gusts of the hotel were terrorized the whole night. One day they had a private event and the hotel guests could not use the terrace restaurant at all. The staff at the breakfast room asked you every day at leats three time for your room number. The breakfast was always the same offer, bread was stale as were the pancakes.

La habitación no tenía ni siquiera una silla para sentarse, el baño necesitaba una refacción urgente. Pese a que había mucho personal, dos veces nos quedamos sin servicio de toallas en la playa….

VOLVERIA A OJOS CERRADOS. El hotel es maravilloso, las instalaciones y cada uno de los lugares eran preciosos. El personal siempre atento, los animales (ciervos, osos perezoso, guacamayos, tucanes, pavo real) dan un toque hermoso a cada lugar sobre todo en nuestro caso que viajamos con mi hijo de 3 años, se ven bien cuidados y a pesar de andar sueltos no se ve suciedad ni nada. Las piscinas son comodas, limpias y hay 6 de distintos tamaños. Los restaurants sirven comida abundante y sabrosa, a costo acorde al hotel obvio. Lo recomiendo a ojos cerrados si viajas en familia y sobre todo con niños. Si bien el hotel no tiene playa privada, tienes acceso directo a su club y playa a su costado, es bastante tranquilo, lo recomiendo. El desayuno es variado y abundante, jugos frescos y comida tipica.

Mejoraria el area de juegos y niños, desde el punto de vista de la decoración y de las actividades propuestas.

La arquitectura del hotel es preciosa. Se siente el caribe! No como en otros hoteles de lujo que son solo un edificio. La piscina tiene la temperatura perfecta. La atención del personal hace que te sientas como de la realeza. Es delicioso despertar con el canto de las aves que tienen al cuidado del hotel. La playa privada es excepcional. El desayuno buffet es de lo mejores que he probado. Las cortesías que dan elevan la experiencia a otro nivel. Sin duda el mejor hotel de Cartagena!

El gimnasio podría mejorar bastante en cuanto a estado de maquinas y espacio, considero que ya se está quedando algo corto para la categoría del hotel. Los precios de consumo en los productos del hotel, más que todo comidas y bebidas, son bastante elevados.

Everything about the hotel was great! Were there to celebrate my husbands birthday and they even brought a bday cake to the room on his special day.All in all a great experience with fantastic service. I would stay there again!

Hotel com excelente área de lazer, ótimas piscinas, restaurantes, bom café da manhã, estrutura de resort porém não tem pensão completa ou all inclusive, uma pena.

Apartamentos precisam de reforma, o meu teve um problema no ar-condicionado mas resolveram rapidamente, paredes precisam de pinturas. Na Colombia as férias escolares são diferentes do Brasil então, para janeiro, estava bem cheio, mas creio que isso é bom para eles.

Excellent location, spacious, comfortable, lots of beds at the pool and a safe space by the beach. It was clean and all indoor places had blasting AC to beat the 107F weather. To get to my room, there was no indoor passage, so the 3min walk was heavy on the heat hahaha. Food was good, buffet breakfast and lunch, and a l carte dinner. Optional all inclusive or pay per meal. Lunch and Dinner were typically around $35 per person. I consider it a little pricey considering so many restaurants nearby, but the food was good and the comfort worth it. Room was good, bed was fairly comfortable, and the shower pressure was good. Hotel provides shampoo, conditioner, soap, bath gel, hair dryer, and safe in the closet. The spa is small but with different massage services, Turkish bath and hot tub. The room is equipped with a mini bar with drinks and snacks, at “hotel price”, good to get when in a rush, but I suggest walking out to the pharmacy less than 2 blocks away that is open 24 hours. You’ll get the same at more than half the price. The bellboys at the entrance are so helpful and very kind, either helping you or guiding you around the hotel. They also assist in getting you a taxi to get around. The hotel is well located by Bocagrande beach (hotel has a private area with lounge chairs and restaurant), and close by to the city with restaurants, souvenir shops, pharmacies and stores. There is also a small shopping mall within walking distance.

There wasn’t an indoor passage to the building with rooms. Front desk could be more attentive and informative.

The pool area and the location

Requested a garden view, had to keep window shut the whole time because it was on the main floor and where the workers were working, you were also able to see the main road . Also did not like the bathroom, there wasn’t a space to place soap after use

Las instalaciones un 10/10. De los hoteles con piscinas más grandes en Cartagena y nada que envidiar a resorts de otros lugares.

La limpieza no estaba correcta, le falta mantenimiento a las habitaciones y como estaba en remodelación era incomodo

Nos gustó mucho la atención, las instalaciones, la organización y la comida.

Food was OK, fresh fish was good.

Service was often slow, e.g. no cutlery at breakfast tables, long time to get bill. No bath in room and no tea/ coffee making facilities in the room.

Property was amazing! Loved the garden and animals that reside there. Rooms were a little dated, but clean and comfortable. Air conditioning was cold and property was located in a great location and secure. I felt very safe there. Staff was hospitable and friendly.

My only complaint is the food is bland and there should be more options available. Pizza was good though!

It was not clean, the room was dirty, bathroom full of mold and dust. With the heat they should have done outdoors fans outside. The staff was not friendly. Lobby was dusty.

Excellent service all round, hotel is very complete with the facilities and with the nature surrounding makes it very relaxing

Pool can get busy & beach not that special. But as well as pool you have the 3 other smaller pools/whirlpool
