- Staff very helpful and polite - Breakfast - Parking

- A bit noisy (we could hear people knocking on other door as we thought it was ours) - Room a bit small - Door to the balcony broken (unable to lock the door) - Number of power outlets (3 for the whole room).

Breakfast had plenty of variety and was kept well stocked. Staff would fetch espresso coffee from the bar area on request as it wasn't available from the machine in the breakfast room.

Nobody told us about the available parking, so we were parked on the street during our stay. This actually wasn't a problem as a space was easy to find and it's a quiet area, but it would have been nice to have been told rather than noticing the sign at the entry of the car park we passed as we leaving!

everything from special early check-in accommodation to regular check-out. Staff was great! Room exceeded expectations. Bed was very comfortable. location was perfect for my needs.

Television was a bit small and did not have much programing.

bathroom was large and had window for fresh air 🫤 Breakfast was adequate to start you day off well. Room was clean and large. although I booked 2 identical rooms and second room was much smaller. the breakfast and cleaning staff were friendly and accommodating. hilly area but close to good restaurants and pubs.

Rooms seem tired and could do with refurbish.
