Beautiful warm room on arrival & nice clean facilities. Staff were very lovely & accommodating, awesome communication, very welcoming even though we got in very late. Appreciate you very much.
Nothing to dislike, just a bit cramped with minimal seating as we had a late dinner, but all was good.

Easy to access and very close to where we were visiting. Great customer service from the staff - offering fresh milk was a nice touch and if I was there for longer, I would have said yes!
The room was a bit cold when I arrived, but I actually did appreciate the windows being open, and the room being aired out.

The location was excellent I chose not to have breakfast because I don't have breakfast in the mornings. I was very happy with the service and great experience.

Jim was fantastic, warmed up the room, ready for our arrival on a very, very cold night and is just the loveliest man. The room was excellent, small but well appointed, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was lovely, and the available products were nice too. Definitely recommend.
Sky TV, I prefer access to login to streaming services but personal preference only.

Very handy location, we stayed 3 nights and didn't use the car at all, New Plymouth being such a great town for walking everywhere.
Would give this motel 11 out of 10 for cleanliness.
Nothing, although next time I would book a larger unit. Just to spread out though, not because the unit we had was particularly small.

Great location close to main shopping area and eateries. Very comfortable unit, exceptionally clean. Jim was a great host, cheerful and welcoming in a very genuine way, not just a "put-on". Hope to re-visit.

Bella Vista is very nice motel with laundry, the receptionist is very pleasant person, he explain all you can visit in New Plymouth, he give us good restaurant and bar address. That the first time we visited New Plymouth we have very good feeling with Bella Vista. We recommend Bella Vista at all tourists.

Very friendly & helpful staff even carried our bags up the stairs.
No air-conditioning in unit but there was a fan available for use.

The room was very clean. The staff was exceptional. They were very accommodating and knowledgeable of the area and places to see. They made us feel very welcome.

The Manager and staff exceptional. Even an apology call after they realised another guest sat outside our room all night drinking and talking.

Room was too warm, needed an air conditioning unit as was very stuffy at night, was very compact but OK for the price
