Pulito, comodo, camera piccola ma con tutti i comfort (frigo, pentole, piatti, forno a microonde). Bagno pulito in camera. Vicino al centro con parcheggio gratuito davanti e dietro alla struttura.

The window was right next to a parking lot which made us feel too uncomfortable to open the curtains. But overall very nice place

The room was on the ground floor right on the street. You could hear every person that walked by the window, that was the only downside.

Great location - part way between the bus station and main drag, so getting about for trips and sightseeing was straightforward. Quiet neighbourhood.

Never seen a soul on the front desk so lacked a personal service. Kitchenette was tired but functional. Wet room floor flooded out if in the shower for longer than 2 minutes.

Simple process to check in out of hours and collect key from a lock box. Room and location was great for the price paid we could not expect anything more. Its not fancy but it does the job and we had a nice stay.

The apartment was huge, we booked the 2 bed but were put in the 3 bed (room 403). Location was excellent, 24 hour shop just round the corner & lots of bars/shops/restaurants. Easy self check in/out. Very warm which was lovely in January. Nice comfy beds. Huge balcony with view of the church. Will likely stay here again if we return to Reykjavik 🙂

Excellent location, clean and comfortable. East to access.

The apartment was very hot and changing the thermostat didn’t make any difference. Not enough seating the living space for 5 people.

Great location near the main shopping streets. Grocery nearby and always a parking spot for our rental car.

Shower head holders were broken and the kitchen is a bit small if you are planning on cooking, but we cooked most nights, so it worked out for us.

Convenient to #13 bus stop and easy walk to deep city center. Has just enough included in the apartments (this was the second one we stayed at due to change in number). Free luggage storage. Easy key retrieval if you arrive when someone is not at the front desk.

Clock and TV remote batteries needed replacement and 2 light bulbs did. The patio door was broken. Now, it could have been recently broken and they didn’t get to fix it yet but the other unit had a cracked window and broken dishwasher so just wondering about how quickly they repair issues. As for the bulbs and batteries, if former tenants do not advise staff of these things, they might not know. So I left the remote and clock on their stomach on the dining room table with the flaps opened and batteries pulled out. And I left a note about the lights that were out. No way to know if taken care of.

Locarion was good. They allowed us to check in a little early on arrival. The did have a coffee pot & small undercoubtet refrigerator.

Room was NOTHING like the pictures.Poor quality linens. No facecloths for bathing. When we asked for them, they gave us hand towls. Cheap towels too. No top sheet on the bed. Only a comforter that was sketchy. Cheap bath fixtures. The mirror was made from 4 mirroe tiles stuck on the wall over a broken wall hung sink. No real shower. Just a curtain across part of the bathroom with a drain in the middle. VERY WEIRD. Tacky kitchenette. No dresser so we had to live out of our suitcase. Poor parking conditions. Run down looking building in a sketchy neighborhood.

It was clean, comfortable and centrally located.

Great Stay, Excellent Breakfast. Rooms are very good. Kitchen in the room is good and equipped with all necessary utensils. Loved our stay there.

It was close to the downtown. It also has a kitchenette - very helpful as restaurant food was very expensive.

We were right by the front door and could hear everyone’s conversations.

Location was perfect. Free laundry access was a huge plus.

Parking in the back was good, location was close to everything we wanted to see downtown. Reception was nice and spoke English well.

Reception isn't there the whole time, there's a large element of self serve here. The worst part for us was our room on the ground floor facing the side walk. You can hear everyone outside who walks by and is talking. The curtains don't fully close either at the ends, but I brought a sleeping eye mask since there's 20 hr sunlight right now. Overall room we got was a little tight and you hit it run into things as you move around.
