Breakfast was very well organised, a large selection of Moroccan and international specialities. Staff were very helpful and going above and beyond to cater to my needs. Fati at the front desk did a great job checking me smoothly and efficiently after a long flight which was much appreciated. The team at the 16th floor rooftop were great and very nice views of Casablanca.

It is located in a very busy roundabout and can get a bit noisy.

Very nice accommodations, good service. The billing was transparent. Duty Manager Fatima was wonderful! She promptly addressed our questions / concerns and followed through to a full resolution.

The staff were polite .All staff refused tips - instead asked for a good recommendation mentioning their name on Trip Advisor.

This was not the Movenpick experience I had hoped for. It was not at all a sublime Movenpick experience. It seemed as if there was no architect or designer involved in the design of the hotel - as if someone just went out to buy the decor. It made no sense at all. As from the minute of my arrival I was looking forward to my departure. In fact I had already paid a non-refundable booking for a few days later - having had my first unfortunate experience I decided I could not bare to go back there again for the second time.

some areas and parts of the room are looking “tired” and a bit old, needs freshen up to maintain your 5 stars.

I ask them to bring some toothpaste up to the room which did not come for over an hour. Eventually I asked the lady cleaning the room to give me one. The bath tub had some toothpaste stuck on it. Meant it was not clean.

In addition to the fact that we asked for early check in and we didn’t get it even it was confirmed previously, the room service is terrible. I got even a visit to my room without previous authorization which put me in a very uncomfortable situation. also the room was cleaned very late and they forgot to put towels in the bathroom. It is really not a service of a 5 stars hotel. I doubt that I’ll return again to the same hotel

I have paid extra for a room with a view over the city. But I got 706 if remember correctly which had no view at all.

Nice people , breakfast was good, clean rooms, the rooftop is really nice for drinks at night.

Location is super near the famous Maarif where you can bump into dozens of cafes, restaurants and shops The staff is amazing, and more particularly the gentlemen at the door, they are super friendly and supportive (Big thanks to you 🙏) The staff at the breakfast are truly amazing , and special thanks to Chaimaa 👏

The room is not super comfort, the noise of street can be clearly heard, toilet and bathroom are just average, no international TV chains, most of them are arabic witg no football channels. Breakfast variety of choices are a bit limited.

I like that they upgraded me to a bigger room than what I originally booked. Abir, at the reception desk along with the elderly gentleman, were very friendly and courteous. They also upgraded my room to a much larger one with a huge bathroom, too! Unfortunately, I only stayed for 1 night and left early the next day. I would probably stay at Movenpick Hotel in Casablanca, should I get a chance to visit Morocco again in the future. Thank you, Movenpick for a restful stay at your hotel.

My room was on the 3rd floor facing the roundabout and it was quite noisy with vehicles honking their horns all the time. Also, the rooms may not be sufficiently insulated from noise, as I could hear the sound from the TV in the room next to mine. And one can also hear people talking inside their room from the hallway.

Location was good

very old and dated property, the breakfast was a mad free for all with no bowls, no table service, staff helping who they want not who’s needed. I ordered my coffee and it never came, had to get up and go to bar area for it myself. Food choice awful.
