Super stylish room with a small Kitchen. The location was top! Breakfast was adequate, nothing extravagant.

Unfortunately the water pipeline of the whole locality was cut out from 8 AM to 4:30 PM on the day of our checkout. Sadly, this important information wasn't conveyed to us during the check-in. We didn't see this notice which was on the front door, as the door was already open when we checked in. The staffs didn't help us to provide any water even when we repeatedly requested for it. That was super disappointing. Very irresponsible.

great rooms and clean and fine bathrooms and showers. It was great having a coffee machine too. Easy check in and check out procedure.

Breakfast was given to us, but since we kickstarted our day at 6am every morning, we ended up eating the food around dinner time and it’s fine for us as microwave was provided. I liked the kitchenette as well, although the space is slightly small to work around, but we are more than grateful to be able to cook something in our own room/space! The bathroom is large and beautiful, so thankful that towels AND hairdryer were provided. No toiletries provided but it’s okay for us as we bring our own toiletries. Personally I think the space is quite small for 3 people but it’s manageable from my end as I’m staying for 3 nights ☺️

No lift and no printers to print any boarding passes. They don’t respond to calls as there is no one to help or for any questions/concerns. If you have big bags then you need to haul them up at your own risk.

Great location with only a 10 minutes walk from the main train station. Restaurants all around and air conditioning in summer. This was great after a week of no AC in other places. Also a great value with our teenagers able to have their own room and a little space.

There was construction on the street but that’s not the facilities fault

Personnel is ignorant. In my room there were no towels. I received them only after several hours, I assume, with the help of booking/com. For those whom concerned, Be advised, no elevator. I lived on the 4 th (really, 5th) floor and had tough time to lift my bag. Breakfast is the same every day consisting of one biscuit, one croissant, capsules (1) of coffee, gam, milk, butter and small bottle of orange juice.

10 min walk to Zurich main station. Adequate stay for one night as a couple. Brekky delivered to the room.

The room was very dusty and some mould was forming in the shower. Brekky is just OJ and x2 croissants for those looking for something more substantial

Location was great - very close to trams. Had trouble with the key box on late check in - was assisted within minutes when rang the bell

Close to the main train station. Suprisingly check-in and check-out is easy. Breakfast on time. Communication is ok.

There were stains on the bed and woman hair on the bed linen. There was no reception or responsible to talk to. The room is extremely small as chandelier takes a huge place. Most importantly there is no storage for luggage before check-in or after check-out.

The property Room no - 103 ( design studio apartment for 3 persons, ) should have more space and cupboard or Closets for keeping the personal belongings. Space is less for 3 persons

I was staying with my young daughter and I have to say I felt incredibly vulnerable staying there alone with her. The area felt really dodgy IMO and arriving at night to a place with no reception or anyone around was a bit nerve racking. I was then woken in the middle of the night by lots of vigorous sex activity coming through the walls. Obviously this is not the hotel's fault but it made me feel even more nervous. Not a place I would ever recommend a woman who might be travelling on her own to stay at.

The good facilities in the room , very good value for the money, good location, nice decor.

Nice place, with a little kitchen. Well located, very comfortable, big bathroom.

The bathroom’s curtain was a bit transparent, so the neighbor could see you through it.

The Henry is a short walk from the main railway station. The key collection system for the apartments is simple and easy. The room and bathroom were fine and clean. All the rooms are styled slightly differently (see the photos) - mine had a slightly low hanging chandelier given my height :) I’d certainly be happy to stay again.
