Well situated if you want to be close to both the seaside of Chiaia and the historic centre. And the view to the buildings opposite the B&B is really beautiful. Helpful and kind people working there as well! The aircon worked well.

If you are to enjoy a balcony on the 9th floor with a low railing, you cannot have the slightest fear of heights. But it was still nice to be able to open the door to the balcony sometimes in the evenings.

Location is great, room is clean, staff is friendly. Breakfast - is in the restaurant, which is close to the hotel and to be paid separately. I am satisfied.

Code to enter building needs to be clearer in instructions and on intercom, especially when it’s late at night. We didn’t know where the reception was, would be good to have known this. Add more information to notice board - where is reception, train/ferry times to Sorrento, Capri etc. walls are thin- could hear person next door snoring.

People at the reception desk (real, physical not a digital system!!) are very friendly and professional and you can count on warm welcome. There are different apartments: one with balcony and other without balcony so you should be surprise base only on the description in the internet. We got one the one without balcony but with the view to the small, quiet street so it was comfortable. The apartment is well equip and very clean. A lot of tourist attractions are in the walking distance.

The wifi doesn’t work properly.

Great location in the elegant Chiaia district, the Suite Apartment No 201 is very spacious with balcony, big bedroom, kitchen and a nice bathroom. Quiet & clean room, towels were changed every day, very gentle and helpful staff.

Wifi is not working well, the balcony could be cleaner, not a good view. It would be nice if there were some welcoming treats (i.e. a bottle of water or a bottle of wine and a few snacks) in the room upon our arrival.

Ideal accommodation in a cozy street in a central, quiet location. Excellent value for money. The kindness and helpfulness of the staff is 5*. Many restaurants, cozy cafes, patisseries are within easy walking distance.

Only the location

I book a room with balcony and the balcony was close like a greenhouse on the dark court without light. I asked to change room because it was getting depressing. I paied an extra to change but I got a room with window and more light. The breakfast is not served in the structure but I had to buy a voucher and go to the bar in in the adjacent square. I found the value for money not adeguate

Location and room were great, but check-in process was not easy, we had an instruction but still was lots of inconvince, that ruined first impression

Michele and his staff were so accommodating and friendly. The location was perfect. I felt very safe in this neighbourhood and one of my concerns when travelling alone is always my safety and because I was travelling alone for the first portion of my stay. I actually returned back to Napoliday for three separate trips because I enjoyed it so much and found it to be a great fit. The rooms were bright and clean and the cleaning staff was also super friendly. Breakfast was great with the best of the best traditional Napoletan pastries and more. I highly recommend staying here, will not disappoint!

The receptionist was very kind and gave us many helpful tips for our stay in Napoli. The room was clean, smelled nice and just perfect for us. Location is in one of the best parts of Napoli.

My experience was really bad. I booked a triple room with balcony but there wasn’t any balcony. I was travelling with my two international friends and we were looking forward to the promised international breakfast, which ended up being a cornetto and cappuccino with 5 euro surcharge for sitting down. The room was small and there was an empty Heineken bottle under one bed.
