The location of the block did not match instructions provided. Check out didn’t go smoothly as door lock code to save keys didn’t work.

The location is very central. We had stayed at this apartment complex before and it matched our expectations. It's a very nice complex with attractive gardens with a water feature, and safe parking in a restricted entry parking garage. The management at Cotels was very helpful and responsive.

We couldn't figure out how to turn on the heating when we first arrived and had to endure a cold night - in December - before someone from the management office showed us how to turn it on the next day.

The location near supermarket, the malls and train station. The apartment itself is fully equipped, clean and easy to find. The staff is friendly and quick to answer to queries.

The bed needs upgraded.

The property was very clean and secure, I found the keyless entry particularly useful. The facilities within the property were excellent and the welcome pack was informative. The building looked well maintained and was close to a supermarket and shopping centre. All communication was quick and helpful throughout the booking.

I have no negative comments about the property.
