Los hoteles están con el mal hábito de cobrar un montón de cargos adicionales a las tarifas publicadas en Booking, para parecer más atractivos que otras buenas opciones. En nuestro caso la tarifa además del 19% tubo un recargo del 25% que no fue claro al momento de la reserva. Por ese precio hubiera preferido un apartamento con mucho más espacio.

Zeer professioneel personeel. Mooie ruime kamer met uitzicht. Heerlijk gedineerd in het restaurant op de bovenste etage. Het zwembad en de sauna bevinden zich ook op deze etage, waar wij natuurlijk maar al te graag gebruik van hebben gemaakt.

Excellent location close to what we needed. Rooftop Terrace was a nice area and the pool and gym were nice.
Friendly helpful staff. We had some issues which the staff were very helpful with.

Size of the room was great, very large.
Originally in a room on level 12. Hammer and drilling noise from renovations on level 11 started at 7am! Not relaxing!
Level 12 also has the function room. Went up to room as feeling unwell around 7pm and there was a function with VERY loud music upon exiting the elevator. Music could be heard loudly in the room until 9pm as right next door! Very bad design.
Staff were accommodating and we were moved to level 4.
Small things, but for an expensive hotel: no hair conditioner, no face towel, no coffee for percolator (have to ask reception), music in breakfast restaurant very loud (typical South America!)
Not happy at all for first 3 nights but very happy once changed room for remaining 5.

Very nice hotel in nice part of Bucaramanga. Plenty of good restaurants within close walking distance, Convenience store directly in front of hotel main entrance. Excellent option for family weekend!

rooms are thin so you hear everything. The room next door was partying all night every night , we had the front go toquiet them down multiple nights. I also ordered a coffe room service that never came. I ordered a soup at the terrace which never came then when asked the waiter looked in confusion and never put the order in. I treated my family for dinner upstairs and the waiter didnt even try much , then it was evident the tip was already included. I had to flag him down just to get the check.

Location is perfect. Many supermarkets and restaurants/bars just around the corner. Rooms were clean and tidy.
Staff was very welcoming, but sadly very limited EN language skills. Breakfast was by the pool with an awesome view. However, the selection was very limited.

Located in a place with all services close by (bank, atm, shopping, nice restaurants, etc). the staff is very nice and helpful. I had two receptions for relatives on the terrace restaurant and the staff were amazing and made sure that all details were taken care of.
The hotel does not accommodate vegan or vegetarian diets, which is quite surprising. I asked for almond milk and they had it some days and others they didn’t. The breakfast buffet is heavy on meats and dairy - it seems that every type of bread has cheese in it—. the cereal bar should be much better and abundant. The granola was stale and mostly made out of cornflakes. also the gym is totally inappropriate for the amount of petiole. there are 3 walking machines but they are old and some days one or two didn’t work. In general, this hotel is great but it’s showing it’s age and it’s cuisine style must be updated for the twenty-first century.

I would like to find a bathroom with towels and many towels every day. The room cleaning can be better. The showers water run outside.

The staff was kind and very helpful. The rooms were clean, and the amenities amazing. We will definitely return here next time we see in Bucaramanga.
