Location and ability to bring my dog.

We had no power for the majority of the second day and after sitting in a dark room we decided to check-out 1 night earlier than planned. The receptionist provided a 50% refund for the first night as we requested in the evening. However, a 100% refund should have been provided. I appreciate the power cut was due to the Tarifa zone and not specific to this hotel, however, other establishments had back-up generators, which this hotel should also have. Also, the receptionist could not speak English. I appreciate we are in Spain and Spanish is the native language, however, for a hotel in a touristic location I would expect that a basic command of English would be available. Thankfully I can converse in Spanish, but I would be concerned for those that cannot.

The location is good. The hotel is in between the best beaches around Tarifa. The hotel restaurant was very good as well.

The hotel is at the middle point of a busy highway. With few points to turn around on. Since the front desk closed for check in we had no choice but to eat at the hotel restaurant when arriving. The food is good but didn’t like the absence of choice.

As always the staff is super helpful and friendly. The on-site parking is great.

Parking was always available on site. The Tumbao Beach is right across the street.

Price was a bit high for the offered service. I know, high season in Tarifa, sure why not, but would I book again at this place when I am back at low season?.. There is no breakfast included or even bookable. The restaurant doesn’t actually belong to the hotel and does not offer anything of the hotel sort, except a la carte.

Location was good and the room was very clean.

There was no breakfast which was a disappointment. Nobody presented us the hotel services and bringing the dog in the hotel was not free as in other hotels.

This is a comfortable and reasonably priced hotel located just outside Tarifa and walking distance to the beach that seems popular with wind surfers. My room was spacious with a modern bathroom, a comfortable bed, air conditioning and a TV with many channels. There was ample on site parking for my rent a car. The hotel property was well maintained and secure. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
