The hotel is amazing. The room is huge and the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is also very good, with different options you can choose on the day before (just bear in mind you’ll have to pay for some of the items even if you book the room with breakfast included).
It’s not easy to find the hotel, and it’s tricky to get there by car.
And there was a miscommunication between the night and day staff, which ended up costing us a few pounds.

Great location in old town. Beautiful renovated historic building. Excellent, friendly English speaking staff provided five star customer service. Traveled Italy 3 months and one of the best meals in the restaurant. The chef personally came out to meet me and discuss the menu.
A bit pricey for Altamura and Puglia in general.

Hard to find with a car, read e-mails and comments and follow the signs.

Located in the heart of the old city which by itself is am amazing place! Very pretty inside!

The breakfast was very good and the hotel was in a central location and also a much better choice to stay having visited Matera. Parking was fine and on the doorstep.
