The location was nice and very close to the beach. The food was very good.

I had a bad experience regarding the payment. I paid the full booking amount in advance and received confirmation from the hotel. While checking in, they said that I need to make the payment. I showed them the receipt and the reception staff agreed that payment has been done. However, while check-out, they again asked me to make the payment. I again informed them that full payment has been done in advance in response to which they again asked for the receipt. Finally, the staff said that it was a mistake on their said. I did not expect this sort of repeated mistake.

It's a great luxury hotel to stay at. The staff were courteous and welcoming.

If I had to leave a remark, one of the rooms we had had no sheets and just had a duvet cover. Also the bath towels weren't inspected, and it was an used one
