Used as a quick overnighted from a flight to catching an early ferry the next morning. Adequate fir that reason. Bed was very comfortable.

Location is good- only 20 minute walk from the main port and town area. The sidewalks to get there on foot aren’t the greatest- not the hotels fault but just be aware of you have luggage. The room itself was fine, it was nice having a balcony. The price is reasonable but only if you’re willing to forgo several benefits that are available with a slightly higher rate.

The wifi is terrible here, it only worked if I sat in the corner by the door. The walls are paper thin, I heard everything from my neighbours and all the traffic outside. This usually isn’t a problem for me but the traffic is really loud outside the hotel. I asked if I could store my bags and the front desk staff pointed to the stairs. I’m not sure if I was supposed to just leave it by the stairs all day but wasn’t comfortable with that so ended up paying elsewhere to store it. Noticed a couple stains on my bedding. If any one of the above had been the only issue, I wouldn’t have had a problem, but all of them combined was disappointing.

Hotel was OK

Kos Bay Hotel's location is very close to Kos Marina and beaches. We walked to city center less than 20 minutes. The room was spotless and good size and has a cosy balcony.

Not friendly working person in hotel not clean room very bad sheets they don't have hair dryer they don't have coffee machine and web side said 8 minutes to port they laying 25 minutes walking to port don't go this hotel.

The owner was super rude. He wanted me to either leave my luggage in the lobby or pay 50 euros to store it behind the desk. Absolutely crazy considering I had just a small backpack and I paid over 80 Eur for a room. Also there was no comforter!!! Just sheets! The shower was small could barely fit.

The behaviour of the owner of hotel, he wasn't helpful and impolite. Wi fi was really poor. Toilet didn't work good.

The location is good, close to the beachfront, it's about 20 minutes walking to Kós Old Town, there is a market close by, restaurants.

The room is good, spacious, good bed, air conditioning, but the shower is small, the curtain is sticking to the body which made me take a shower without it and having to dry the bathroom every time. Reception is not so friendly, they are it's ok.

We didn't like anything about this hotel .

First of all the reception wasnt even there, they were very rude and they didnt even answer our phonecalls, they didnt even welcome us there, we had a room for 2 and they gave us a room with two single beds and didnt even wanted to change us even though they had many free rooms , the view that the showed on the photos didnt even existed and the bathroom was old small and the toilet and shower was broken.the room was dirty , and we had some coins on the table and when we came back they were missing . Lastly u cant sleep there cause there is an alarm that wokes us up early morning for no reason.i dont even know why this hotel is still on booking . I dont recommend this place and obviously i will not go back .
