Great location 5 minutes walk from Train + Bus Station. Unpretentious great value, basic hotel with fabulous bar and restaurant serving traditional Asturias food. Staff were all charming and kind and helpful.

Amazing location, friendly staff, great value, even food is good and great value.

The staff was very pleasant and friendly and even served us at the cutoff hour for lunch.

it was close to train station and cultural sites.

nmhe room was clean but a little worn. Window shades didn’t go up and down. I initially booked 2 nights but canceled one night in time to qualify for a refund of one night’s stay. I contacted the property and they told me that I could process the refund when I arrived at the Hotel. unfortunately, the hotel staff told me they couldn’t refund me because they did not know how to do so. Very disappointing!

The location is ideal.

My room was on the 6th floor and the lift no longer works.

Terrible smell of sweat in the room, they were trying to cover with overwhelming incense in each room. Old worn out bedding (not sure it was laundered). We booked the room for 2 nights. First night we arrived too late to change hotels and slept in our clothes to avoid as much as possible touching the bedding. In the morning we found another hotel (AC Marriott) and just ran out of Favila.

I had a single room. The price is unbeatable for a single and location is perfect esp if you are coming by train. The rooms are small. The restaurant looked comfortable but I didn’t eat there. I have stayed here several times.
