Bed was reasonably comfortable. No breakfast was available.

The hallway and stair carpets were dirty. The back of the bathroom door was in a poor state of disrepair. I asked for this room because it had a balcony then found a notice stuck to balcony door saying `do not use balcony'. Very disappointing.

Easy access and close to shops

The entire stay we had problems with the shower going hot/cold repeatedly. They gave us access to another rooms shower for 1 day, then said it was fixed, but it was not. Reception didn't open until 9am and there was no way to check out before then and return the room keys, all access to reception was closed off. I called the number provided on the closed doors at 7am and it just went to a mobile phone voice mail. I ended up having to push the room keys under a door in the hall way and hope they found them. Requested a ground floor room in the booking but they said they had no record of that and has us booked into 2nd floor with stairs access.

AUSTAR not functioning. Location is a tad remote or isolated. One needs to drive to get anything. But there are good facilities nearby.

We had a one-bedroom studio apartment with kitchen. It was located on the ground floor. There was plenty of room in the apartment for us and it was fabulous to have a fully equipped kitchen. The lounge was very comfortable.

I suggest having a product like Jif to clean the sink and bench top. We used the sink to wash up. There was still some food remnants in the strainer.

I had to get my keys re-set twice as they wouldn’t work. Ist time staff member said sorry, 2nd time she just said ‘there you go’. No real care by her. Speaking to another traveller who had the same problem. 2 beds together to make a large double- the ridge in the middle was so hard you had to pick a side- so really a single bed. Toilet lid off its hinges on one side which wasn’t really a problem. Staff on checkout were beautiful and friendly so didn’t have the heart to complain to them.

When leaving myself and two others could not work out the key return , it said pass code. We then placed it in the main door. When leaving someone else said you just push the flap. But then anyone could grab a key. A post box would be simple like hotels.
