AC didn’t work amazingly well, had to call the front desk a few times.

The Staff was amazing, very friendly and courteous. The atmosphere was very pleasant in the Hotel, Pool-Area very nice with a beautiful view at the sea and garden for the kids! Breakfast was very good, they make fresh cookies every day. The sea is very clear and close. The beach is small but that is ok. It gets bigger just 100m away. Roomservice twice a day. Patrizia gave us great informations about the attractions und where to go, thanks a lot for that, it was very helpful.

Don't change the towels every day, there is a bit of a lack of environmental awareness here. The dogs of the customers do their business in the garden, that is absolutely a "NO GO". It is a little strange to pay a fee for the wellness-area.

Overall beautiful resort hotel, rooms are spacious. Sea facing rooms.

Beautiful luxurious hotel, the staff were very friendly. Lots of small details - daily newspapers, scrabble and backgammon, huge selection at breakfast, airers in the bedroom was very clever. Pool area was lovely, sofa areas were lovely. I would 100% recommend, and 100% return.

Acoustics a little loud from reception to my room - I was unlucky that my room was quite close to reception but i only noticed it on one night.

VERY attentive staff - and a lot of staff - leading to a very consistently high level of service. Family like atmosphere. Solid recommendations of the staff when asked about local attractions, restaurants etc.

The smell of the hotel was wonderful! Staff were very helpful. Room was cool and tidy and we loved the terrace. Food throughout was exceptional, but there are also a few restaurants nearby if you want to pay less and still enjoy a very high standard.

Staff were wonderful. Helpful with recommendations and so friendly. Facilities clean and beautiful. Pool is lovely. Food at restaurants at hotel was very good but we had meals outside of hotel that were better and cheaper. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast buffet is quite good. Grounds and landscaping immaculate. Would definitely stay again.

This is a beautiful hotel with a relaxed beach vibe. it was full when we stayed but never feels crowded. Always able to get sun beds around the gorgeous pool with jacuzzi. Great location overlooking the sea and you can walk along the beach to Torre Canne. Easy to reach the beautiful villages by car. Staff are very helpful and the service is wonderful. Very clean rooms. Fantastic food in the restaurants and bar. I cannot say a bad word about this hotel. Really relaxing stay and would love to come back some time.

it’s a shame it doesn’t have a larger stretch of beach out the front. it is really just a strip of sand and not on the prettier part of the beach. But you can walk directly out of the hotel through a little gate into the sea. So it’s only a problem if you prefer to lie on the beach itself.

Transport is a major issue, especially travelling alone. Public transport is virtually non existent so you have to rely on drivers being available to go anywhere other than the hotel

This hotel is pure luxury. we travelled here on honeymoon and loved every second. we wish we could have stayed longer. in particular all the staff are so welcoming and helpful.
