A bathroom wide enough to be classified as comfortable. The presence of a wide parking area outside the building with always available places for the car. The cleanliness, constantly ensured by the service personnel, both of indoor and outdoor spaces. A centralized coin-operated washing machine, to wash and keep clean one's garments if necessary.

The shelf inside the room to stow one's stuff should be replaced by a more solid cabinet or little wardrobe.

It was close at the beach. The sand and the water of the was wasn't that bad at all.

Check in at 2pm, check out at 9am was really disappointing. No aircondition, no refrigerator, the room and bathroom was old. After i booked, they sent me a message that the beach and umbrella were not included at the price during weekends. Not recommend!

The cleanliness of the sea. And the sea was near in the location of the hotel. My wife and my children was satisfied. But the most I like is the Madonna in that sea.

Only good thing is that that's really close to the sea. But! The location of the beach isn't really successful, that means when you are going along the water, after 1 km the beach will be noticeable much better. But maybe that's only my opinion. I just think, its OK, but should cost no more than 20-25 euro / night.

Personal doesn't speak English, that's wierd and really very difficult. For example, I couldn't find the entrance door, because all three of them were somehow closed. Only people who ALREADY live there could know how to open the door from outside. I called the reception, but they only could say me: SORRY ENGLISH NO SPEAK. WRITE E MAIL. OK... but where? I couldn't find any information about email on the booking page. OK. (later I wrote in the booking.com chat: where is the entrance door? And what they answered? "Via Vasco de Gama, 2". The address. Very good, very useful information, thanks a lot). After 30 (!) minutes I was inside. That means actually, you have to bring all your stuff with during all those trying to come in. And that's Italy - about +40°C. And also this hotel is about 30 min. from the station by foot. So I can say I lost more than one hour to get a room. OK. But inside that was really no-place-at-all, and when you take a shower, everything in bathroom will be wet, because there is no door, everything is just in one room, the toilet, the shower, and that's the same floor as well, that means you meet water from your shower when you are sitting on the toilet, because the whole floor is wet. OK. But on the next day I had to leave at 6 am, and there was nobody on the reception. I called. I was knocking. Nobody opened. Does it cost 40 euro for one night? NOT AT ALL. P. S. WiFi has a very unstable connection.
