Clean and excellent service .

Would like more choices in pillows

The apartment was dirty. Couches were very stained. The top of the fridge had not been cleaned in a while.

Convenient location for needs,clean space,comfortable beds and pillows,clean bathroom , plenty of hot water .

Great value is derived from the balance between quality and cost . Also very friendly and approachable staff . Service from the time we checked in was professional.

Need more cutlery .

A lot, awful pillows, SO old and dated, VERY uncomfortable “lounge” whatever you want to call that “thing”, SO HARD, same as the chairs provided. The spa we would not use, it did not appear to be maintained.

Spacious room, comfortable beds, nice bathroom, great amenities.

I love the location of this property. It’s close to bus stops and close to the Eltham Center where you can hop on the train to the city. It was also super comfy and they had TV and wifi which was great. It was also quiet despite being on the main road. I also really loved the kitchenette. I was able to cook meals and it was just perfect.

The wifi was a little spotty but it wasn’t really an issue.

The staff were absolutely lovely, room was perfect for my needs

House keeping could of been a bit better

It’s actually the 2nd time I have stayed at this location and both times , I have been met by friendly & helpful members at every step of the way . From the manager who met me at 11pm , to the cleaning staff who saw me on my way out , everybody was pleasant and cheerful . Would definitely come back with friends .

Our neighbor was a bit noisy late midnight . Thankfully it didn’t last long .

24 hour check-in was extremely handy for us, as we didn’t get in until 12:40. The late check out was super handy for my son, who was waiting for me to get out of day surgery.

I'd like to thank Eltham Gateway Hotel for the great service as our room was under maintance under short notice but they were able to comply with a better room and was very accomadating. Along with leaving a book at the hotel they mailed it to me quite prompt. VERY happy with my stav. Thank vou again.

The room was large and had all the basics.

The room was very dated and gloomy and could do with work to update it. The kitchenette could be better stocked, there are stains on all the furniture and bathroom vanity which even though I am sure is cleaned well makes it seem unclean.

Bed was comfortable if firm. Bathroom was good

Very poor lighting. No compendium or information in the room. There were no coffee cups and we had to ask for them. No breakfast was offered.

Air conditioning didn’t work plus bon in bathroom full when we arrived and not emptied following day either.

Good to have parking and the room was clean. They were good about check-in times.

There was only coffee provided and no tea. The room was much more dated than I expected from the photos. TV channels were very limited. Entrance to the rooms was difficult as very rough surface and even though i requested a ground floor room, we still had to navigate some stairs which was a bit disappointing.

Leafy suburb with friendly staff.

Bit tired, worn-out and dated. Not the most clean. Had to use a broken remote for tv. Well overdue for renovations.

Perfect position for clients attending nearby wedding . Well set up. Clean , check in and out was easy.

Nice clean room with plenty of space, a nice shower, a well-appointed room on the bottom floor, and laundry facilities on site.
