Nice view

Wifi not working or painfully slow

- Amazing view from the balcony - Nice room decoration - Rich breakfast - Lots of extra bath accessories (shampoos, toothbrushes etc)

- Although the room we got was very good, we didn't get the free room upgrade that booking.com offered us and we opted-in. We didn't asked why this happened, so we don't have an answer!

Good breakfast

We booked a standard room, but we got a claustrophobic one in attic where was impossible to sleep due to ancient AC and lack of air. Instead of planned/ payed two nights, we left property after the first one.

very well located, with a beautiful panorama, the hotel is quiet, clean with friendly staff. Good enough breakfast, you can dine in the restaurant, where the food is very good and the prices are acceptable.

the elevator is not working properly, there were problems with hot water and the finishes on the balcony were not ready; at 8.00 in the morning, the workers were making noise.

Breakfast perfect. But the most exiting was dinner. Fantastic view from restaurant, food great, tasty. The host was excellent ! Her service -fantastic, we have not had such for many years. Strongly recommend the hotel and especially restaurant !!!

The upgraded room with fireplace, whirlpool and balcony was very nice. Breakfast and dinner were both exceptional.

Amazing view and very nice staff

Very good breakfast, fabulous location with full view of the sea and Platamon Byzantine Castle. Good parking availability close to the hotel and easy access to major motorways.

The attic rooms are a bit tricky to walk around if you are +170cm, mind your head.

Everything - room with everything we needed, view was spectacular, beds very comfy, hosts as usual kind and polite. The breakfast excellent with great choice of food, and we had a dinner at their restaurant, which also was above all expectations.

Omg, that was amazing stay and I wish I could stay at Chalet Castillo forever. The staff is extremely hospitable and friendly, our room had a balcony with mind blowing view on Olimpus + sea. And the highlight of our stay was hotel’s restaurant with huge portions, fresh veggies they plant on them own and always delicious starters hotel serve as a compliment.
