need basic plates and cutlery in the rooms as they are not provided. The court yard from our room (room 16) was not private at all if you wanted to sit there and enjoy a wine.

The apartment had most things we needed. It very clean and quite comfortable. The bed was very large and the arm chairs were quite comfortable.

There was a mini oven but no pots or pans to use in it. It was a bit noisy at times. Because of the layout of the motel, there was no parking directly in front of the apartment, which is fine when its dry but inconvenient when its raining and you are trying to get your luggage to your room. There isn't anything the owners can do about this but it is worth being aware of especially for people with limited mobility.

Loved our stay at Comfort Inn enjoyed the nice scenery..Was clean & bed was comfortable & close to the Main Shops in Warragul.

My only problem was having room service walk in our room while we were still in Bed I found that very unprofessional and lack of privacy they should not be entering into any rooms while it is occupied..I had yelled out before they entered No Thanks but they had still opened our door with their keys and walked right in!! Very disappointed 😞

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Small room, but well-appointed. We liked the dispensers of soap/body wash and shaving gel. The decor was nice, and my husband loved the industrial-feel dimmable lights above the bed.

It’s a little misleading reading the online description which states you have mountain views. There is the tip of the peak of a mountain way in the distance, over the multiple rooves of the housing estate. This did not affect our stay, but we were hoping to have a tranquil view after our very tiring trip that day.

It is a lovely motel, its just that as I travel by train it is too far from the train and from shops.

We only slept overnight so did not use any of your facilities,apart from showering

Easy to book and good night sleep.

Bathroom wasn't very clean

Very comfortable and clean. Room was not large but quite adequate for two people.

King Bed very comfortable. Spacious Room. Thick towels

Frig very small. Towel rail and toilet roll holder falling off wall. Noise from air con made it difficult to sleep

Room was clean and tidy. Great hot water and good tv.

The welcome wasn't particularly friendly! Also the shower needs an upgrade. We heard the people in the next room with the tv on quite early in the morning.
