Excellent staff! Friendly and service-minded. We had a small issue and the staff solved it in an excellent way. We'd love to come back.

Nice room as shown in the pictures. Very clean. Breakfasts is very good.

I was staying in the room 53 and is a bit noise cause is just by the road and also you can hear the people walking from the room above. Not all the staff is able to communicate in English.

Pretty and modern room with a comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Free parking on-site. Good location close the the highway, excellent for travelling through (and much cheaper than similar hotels on the Danish side of the border).

The bathroom is rather cramped. The shower stall is large enough (with an excellent large-diameter shower head), but the toilet and the sink are squeezed into the corner with not enough room. The sink is free-standing and rimless, which looks slick, but is not very convenient if you want to put your toiletries down somewhere. The soap dispenser is mounted very low on the wall (almost underneath the sink), so you need to bend over to use it. Walls are thin, so you will hear some sounds from your neighbours (but not from the restaurant/reception, which is located across the road).

The location of the hotel and its overall design was nice. The interior of the hotel, as well as the rooms themselves, were perfectly equipped. The room was cozy, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was sensational. We would like to thank the staff for preparing such a perfect environment for us-guests.

There is nothing to be disliked. Everything was perfectly prepared.

Ideally located on the way from Denmark to Belgium in a quiet surrounding. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Cannot judge the restaurant as it was closed but I got a voucher for a nearby restaurant (Greek is good). The appartments adjacent to the main building are really comfortable and just 1 min away from the reception.

Terrible reception at checkin. We were treated rudely. We required help up steep stairs with luggage. It was refused. Pillows uncomfortable. No body lotion in bathroom our request on Booking not met. Specifically almond or soy required a waiter to go next door and bring it- but not without an argument. Not a welcoming stay

Great place with a couple of detached guest houses around the central "Gasthof". Good breakfast. Extremely nice and welcoming staff.

The unusual and very uncomfortable pillow, not solid, but made out of some sort of small pebbles or whatever. Seems a small detail, but was truly annoying and I couldn't sleep well.

I liked that my room was on the ground floor and easily accessible. I liked that there was enough room to park my car. The room was very comfortable and convenient.

The thing I didn't like was the pillow, it was not solid and it was difficult to get comfortable with it.
