Can be noisy sometimes

The hotel well located but the room sizes are smaller and not as spacious as i taught. The hotel will get better over time and improve in all aspects. The staff however are excellent they go out of the way to tray and assist, they are valuable to the hotel. i would like to go back to this hotel t some point in the future with the hope that the get better

poor ambiance and lighting, i did not complain but bathroom bath tub had a small leak. limited breakfast choices two days in a row many breakfast items not available. the hotel requires better lighting in the rooms and breakfast areas.

Spacious and well decorated room. Cleaning was impeccable. Also enjoyed breakfast, the staff are friendly and helpful. Great service. Location is perfect for exploring Cape Town

Ich hatte ein sehr grosses angenehmes Zimmer, welches sehr sauber war. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und und reichhaltig.

Die Keycard des Zimmers musste alle 3-4 Tage neu codiert werden weil sie nicht mehr funktionierte

Staff, breakfast and others amenities were all very good. Our departure was very early in the morning and to our surprise we got boxes of fresh breakfast at the reception to carry along . This does not happen to me previously in any hotel

Die Zimmer sind geräumig; Das Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig und das Personal ist sehr nett, typisch amerikanische Hotelkette eben :-) Ich finde das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis absolut passend.

Ich habe leider ein paar Kritikpunkte: Leider gab es in meinem Zimmer (410) ein Problem mit der Elektronik was dazu geführt hat, dass wenn der Nachbar (auch Nachts) das Licht anmachte, dieses auch bei mir anging. Hiervon wurde ich mehrfach geweckt. Am letzten Tag kam das Zimmermädchen um 8:30 Uhr ins Zimmer, ich habe zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch geschlafen. Dies darf in einem 5 Sterne Hotel schlicht nicht passieren. Es ist doch ein Leichtes bei der Rezeption nachzufragen, ob ich bereits ausgecheckt bin. An einem Tag hatte ich mir auf dem Lions Head den Fuß verknackst, leider gab es keinerlei Kühlpad. Mir wurde dann zugesagt man werde mir einen Eimer mit Eis bringen. Dies ist leider nie geschehen.

The room wasn't to our expectation. We were expecting a bigger and smarter room

They did not have a CLUB any longer, that I was looking forward to.

We would like to express gratitude to the all staff of Hyatt hotel. Breakfast was delicious, the landscape from the room was incredible and stunning, the staff polite and ready to help. We would like to highlight reception team, especially receptionist named Rushen. He was very polite and client oriented! I would even say he is kind of old-fashioned person in client service. This kind of person always does the best and more than the best. On the first day in Cape Town we faced some difficulties and were exhausted by the long journey to South Africa. Fortunately, Rushen who was proceeding our booking helped to set up all the issues. I can confirm he did extra mile for us and we appreciate it. We hope the hotel manager encourage this employee and share our feedback with the team! Thank you for your hospitality and great accommodation in Cape Town!

Location is great. Rooms are comfortable and cleaned very day. Breakfast is plentiful and there is something to enjoy for everyone. Staff are friendly and helpful.
