Extra charges for everything: they include the swimming pool only on the hours they do not private activities. They charged extra for using swimming hat, you are only allowed to go in with it…. Not explained online, the receptionist staff were not very friendly after I brought it up. They also placed me on a room #111 with a view of a building under construction. Not a good place for what you pay for 😞

comfy beds, good shower. in the middle of one of the best streets for going out in the city, very close to good shopping mall Quicentro…

the access to the swimming pool is not the entire day, when there are classes, you can not make use of the pool. that is only few times a day, but if you don’t know, you stand there…

The hotel is very well situated. The room is big. Bathroom was good. Facilities were not 100% in the room. Window was also broken and could not close completely. Breakfast was so so.

The buffet breakfast was spectacular with a large amount of choices. Very efficient staff. Opened early.

We thought it was closer to the airport or historic area but actually it was great in the end to get a tour of the city. safe surroundings . The Hotel was amazing with the fitness area, tea room, pub, and french style cafe, and nice restaurant with a good menu. Decor was over the top! Helpful friendly staff.

they wanted to move us after we had unpacked claiming it would be too noisy and tried to move us into another room a lot of confusion and drama
