La proximité du port et du centre ville, Chambre spacieuse , ou plutôt une suite avec son coin canapé . Sdb propre , produit d’hygiène de la marque nuxe. Nous avons prolongé notre séjour car nous avons perdu nos passeports,mais on nous a attribué une chambre où le wifi est inexistant.et de ce fait difficile de faire des démarches administratives tranquillement ds la chambre. Je remercie bcp le monsieur responsable des réservations pour son aide et son humanisme. Perdre ses documents en étant ds un autre pays et ne parlant pas espagnol a été un parcours stressant. Encore merci monsieur pour votre aide et réactivité

He estado varias veces en este hotel y siempre ha sido satisfactorio todo. Esta vez nos dieron una habitación (401) que claramente es muy deficiente respecto a la s que he tenido veces anteriores. Cuarto de baño muy pequeño lo que lo hace bastante incómodo. Además, abres la puerta y está la cama, sin pasilllo ni nada, y la habitación queda muy desangelada. Además es interior, por lo que había que estar con las cortinas echadas para evitar que te vieran. Claramente, la relación calidad-precio con este tipo de habitaciones es muy mala

Para lo que es la habitación que esta bien ,el cuarto de baño es muy pequeño. Esta un poco retirado del centro pero en taxi estas en seguida

Pedimos si nos podían hacer una tortilla francesa para cenar y nos dijeron que no,lo cual nos sorprendió

The room was clean and the hotel is located in a quiet place.

The staff is too young, poor customer service and without experience. The gym is working from 06:00 till 00:00 exactly below the floor where the rooms are, and you can hear the users throwing the dumbbells on the floor. The wifi was offline during 24 hours and nobody tried to fix the problem.

Hotel room was really comfortable, clean and big. Stuff was helpful, they gave good advice. Parking was easy close to the hotel.

We forgot to ask for wifi information during check in but this information was also not provided by the hotel, not mentioned anywhere in the room either. We tried to call them from the room but we didn’t get an answer. At the end we could not use the wifi (if it’s available). In case you need it, I recommend to ask about it during check in.

When I'm.im Algeciras I always stay here. very good staff all through. especially Irene on reception. Always smiling and willing to help.if needed. the beds are great comfortable. it's quiet and very clean. the rooms are airy and modern and very spacious. I use it as a base for Gibraltar and my businesses there. all in all amazing value for money.

I've stayed here many times as I have businesses across the baby in Gibraltar. The value for money os Great. The rooms are spacious modern and airy....it's location is good...the food is decent...and the staff on reception are all great...especially Irene, who any time I asked for anything to be done did it at an instant and I extended by 6 days and that was all done in under 5 minutes, always smiling...the cleaners are good too...very efficient...All in All a great stay with great staff.

My husband and I prefer a mattress in the firm side and these were perfect. We had very good nights of sleep.

The staff were very good. The Location was really easy to find, safe parking out the front of the hotel for my motorcycle & easy access to the ferry.

The restaurant where we had some evening meal and breakfast wasn’t clean enough. in the evening tables were dirty even if we were the only ones there. the chairs are old and dirty. I would expect that a chain hotel like Mercure Hotel would take better care of the facilities. Also, at night the Cook brought us sandwiches different from what was on the menu, left it on the table and didn’t say a word about it. When asked he mentioned that he he didn’t have honey nor mustard to prepare the sandwich. At least he accepted the two sandwiches back and didn’t charge us.

This hotel is always so clean and the rooms are brighting. I like the comfort, the staff, the cleanliness of this place and the size of the room is impressive. For me maybe is the tenth time being there and I got never disappointed. Thanks!
