Workout facility is great. Machines are a little worn but the machine variety is better than I've seen in 95% of places I've stayed.
I liked the spacious room and bathroom and convenient location close to restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy. Restaurant/bar/front desk/spa staff were welcoming, cheerful and helpful
Sheets/pillowcases/blanket smelled soiled and sweaty - covered the pillow with the bathroom towel to mask the unpleasant scent...

It was a great place for my driver. It was extremely important for me so he could have a rest effectively to drive us to Lviv. Thank you very much for such perfect conditions!!!

Even in the horror time of war , you will always be welcomed with smile in the lobby of Aurora hotel in Krivoy Rog.
This fine establishment did the best efforts to make my surprising visit in the town , while the invaders were about 50 kilometres away.
As always i enjoyed the comfortable rooms , the friendly attitude of the workers and the fabulous breakfast.
I hope that peace will return to Ukraine soon and meanwhile I send my best wishes and deep gratitude to the good people who stands in the Aurora front.

it is well located right in the center of the city. A lot of restaurants nearby. Friendly staff.
This hotel requires renovation. specifically they need to do something with heating system. my heater was making noises.

Personal at reception friendly. Good restaurant for dinner on opposite side of street.
The restaurant was closed - so breakfast was in the "bar".
Also the posibility for dinner was in the "bar". And this the personel donot like - and they show that you are a NOT WANTED person in this area. Tables were not cleaned, a second drink for dinner is not available and for the bill you need the support of reception. Best is to avoid this area.
Price for heating in the room is + 60%; as you need to "upgrade" your room.

Fine, nothing to complain. Free parking. Quiet room. Laundry service. Not really in the center, but good food and coffee shop close.

If you are foot traffic this place is fine. Close to many things your want and need.
Staff is grade A! They went out of their way to help when I needed.
Parking is very limited. A/C is below average. Extra outlets in the rooms are non existing. Shower/bathtub was uncomfortably high with glass shelf and shower placement in a bad spot.

Swimming pool included in the price, good buffet breakfast, probably one of the best quality hotels in Krivyi Rih.
The facilities look old and used. Air condition is not able to make cool air in the room in the summer (always hot).

I liked the breakfast buffet very much. Good food selection and quality.
Unfortunately, the pool is closed on Sundays and public holidays when it is most in demand
Bathrobes are not available in the rooms and are available for a fee

This time I got much better room in the newer part of the hotel and it was pretty comfortable. Convenient location, there’re a lot of nice places to eat and to spend the time around, as well as supermarkets and various stores.
The variety of dishes for the breakfast and its quality should be improved.
