Location and reasonable price and helpful staff.

Paperthin walls - not best when neighbours watch tv through the night!

The room was clean and the beds were comfy

The room had a smell perhaps cigarettes which wasn’t overly pleasant.The bathroom had either a faulty light or it was on a timer or something but when showering the light went off for about 10 seconds and the room went completely black,it freaked my son out.Unfortunately the room wasn’t the quietest.Could hear people in the next room talking and them using the shower and there was traffic noise as well.No one on reception when we checked out to mention these things to,just a key drop box

The bed was comfortable and the linen clean. The location was ok, and close to local attractions.

Step-in shower, which made it impossible for my wife to use. Bathroom tile grout was dirty and uninspiring. Could have done with some maintenance There was minimal housekeeping, with layer of dust on the shelf under table. Sofa bed in lounge room was unusable to sit on as springs in bed were in poor condition. Connection to NetFlix was supposed to be available, but signal connectivity could not be achieved.

Although clean and convenient, the facility was dated.

Room service advertised as available but wasn’t. Decided to seek advice from Restaurant where I enquired about room service to be told “we’re a separate business “ ring Reception - which I attempted 3 times in 20 minutes but no answer on Ext 200 Reception totally void of staff from 7.30pm & for check out next morning so requesting an iron that was listed as a standard room amenity was impossible. No elevator, I juggled heavy bags up stairs. Microwave in room was not clean inside.
