Great location and on site parking. The receptionists morning and all through the night were very friendly and helpful, they went the extra mile to make sure we were ok during our stay. The room was super clean and comfortable with everything we needed.

Very nice and comfortable room, clean and modern bathroom and open shower. Best part for sure is a little balcony with a full sea view of the port and sunset! Good minibar selection available in the room. Very accommodating and kind staff, they even helped us with dinner reservations. Thank you!

The hotel is very nice, in a very good place, within walking distance from most interesting places.

The room was small, the shower needs repairs, the heating device from the bathroom was rusted. Considering the price for one night (paid approx. 300 euro/night) the breakfast should be included, not charging extra 20 euro/person.

Room was very clean and great size for France considering most rooms tend to be very tiny. About a 5-10 minute walk to the main area where shops and restaurants are. Everything was in nice condition in our room.

Some of the staff were not very knowledgeable about transportation and couldn't help us and did not offer to look up the information for us or even make a phone call since we could not use our phones due to being out of country. One of the members sent us to the port to grab a taxi and come to find out it was impossible to just "grab a taxi." We had to go into the port parking office and receive help from the staff there who were kind enough to call us a cab. If we would have known this ahead of time it would have been nice.

The hotel is walking distance from the city center.

Unfortunately the room was not the expected one.The pictures in Booking.com were not describing correctly the room. The Hotel Manager explained us that booking.com did not give the right details to the hotel. After many trials to contact booking.com we decided to remain in the hotel also for the promise of the hotel manager to change room the day after. Booking is not answering very fast. Keep it in mind!

The property was well located, quite close (walking distance) to Saint Tropez centre. Parking available which was quite useful. Room was small but clean and with really nice light.

There were two people at reception: one young girl who spoke english and was super nice. The other woman at reception was not very welcoming and had little will to explain things, a bit exasperating

Not worth 300 euros per night, there was mold in the bathroom, airconditioning wasn’t working that well, still quite hot in the rooms

The room exceed my expectations, beds very comfortable, the bathroom was newly renovated, a/c worked well. The location is great, not too close but not too far from the center, a very reasonable 10-minute walk. I also really appreciated all the help and assistance I got from Alexandre at the front desk - answered all the questions a tourist could possibly ask. The front desk also helped me make a couple reservations for popular dinner places in the town. Overall, a really good experience at this property, will stay again.

I think that they could assist their guests more with transportation services - for instance, getting to the hotel from the train station or the airport. Also, the taxi company that the hotel works with is terrible - ridiculously overpriced and unprofessional.
