The location is perfect, AC worked well. The staff was friendly.

The parking is not close to the property, and the rooms are kind of dated.

Atteggiamento Staff da migliorare, in particolare signora più giovane (la signora anziana invece è bravissima e si vede che ha tanta esperienza nel gestire i clienti). La signora più giovane invece ha avuto un attaggiamento di sufficienza e molto sbrigativa, già quando siamo arrivati parlava con noi molto velocemente tenendo all'orecchio cornetta telefono per tutto il tempo (boh... non ho capito se parlava contemporaneamente con qualcun'altro o era in attesa a qualche call center), comunque è la prima volta che mi capita (se uno è impegnato al telefono dice di attendere qualche minuto e poi parla come una persona normale con clienti appena arrivati). Ma anche per successive informazioni dopo (parcheggio auto lì vicino senza disco orario in giorni non lavorativi, eventuale possibilità di cambio camera, etc) è stata sempre poco gentile e rispondendo anche con un inutile sarcasmo. Bocciata. Dopo risposta a mia recensione aggiungo: donna giovane alla reception maleducata...

everything, great location close to the airport, very nice host, appartment is very clean and comfortable

we booked no breakfast, sometimes we orderred at the Café - always delicious. Very friendly staff, familiar atmosphere. Room was always very clean, 5 Stars for that service.

Everything was excellent . Parking situation not easy, but large parking free of charge at the other River side.

Extremely nice small hotel. Super friendly staff and great drinks & food. Only drawback might be distant parking but all Arco hotels experience this.

The free bikes was awesome, the host was very nice to agree with us leaving earlier than our initial booking. The place is a few steps away from the city center

I booked a room that was not renovated, i think it’s among the classic rooms. It had no air conditioning but this is my fault that I assumed all rooms have air conditioning in a area were in the summer is really warm and I didn’t pay that much attention to the room facilities description, it would be great to make this info more obvious. There is no free parking close to the hotel
