I would expect English television stations in a 5star international hotel

It was shame the hotel did not have restaurant and more organised events for the guests to meet each other.

good location, good rooftop, good breakfast, poor room, worst mattress ever. Is not a 5* hotel, is good 3 or poor 4 but never a 5. location is a blast, super close to everywhere

The room was poor, worst mattress ever. Bathroom small, we can even close the door of the toilet when you are seated

Staff very friendly and extremely helpful, e.g. recommendations and reservations for dinner with taxi service; composition of guests optimal, i.e. couples in all age groups; dreamlike atmosphere in and around rooftop pool :-).

This is a truly amazing hotel. lovely rooms and fantastic service - especially the personal and caring attention from the reception desk. It’s certainly a place we wanna go bank to again and again.

it would have been nice if the roof top bar opened late. The bar was nicely decorated with great facilities, so it would have been nice to come back for a late drink. There is a DJ box and lighting so maybe it does open late in June, July, August.

Friendly staff that were clearly dealing with shortages with COVID. Room was serviced at least every other day (again, rarely done during COVID).

No swinger parties during the week we went but may have been close to end of season.

Nothing actually I hate !!

The price of the night I have paid 1300 EUR because I wanted to make happy my partner ours last day of stay. Nightmare is started !!! - Only the amenities for this hotel is jacuzzi in the room and outside. That’s why people are booking. Unfortunately JAKUZZI ARE NOT WORKING , when we asked the it’s not working end of the hours holiday technical people are come and they said it should be change for the hidrafor of the hotel and they already now jakuzzi are not working he said. -mini bar is empty and minibar actually doesn’t work - we asked terrace unbrealla and the answer we don’t have an umbrella , it means we need to take the sun and burned ‘n - We asked room services and there is no glasses in the room and plenty of things are missing, we order a some food also they arrived 2 hours almost after. - the worst things hotel staf doesn’t use the mask still this epidemic time. Vaccined it doesn’t mean you should take out the mask for the Covid related , it was big risk !! Finally last day we checkout quickly because of the all disaster and Health security issue. It can even not be a one star hotel !! Disaster !!

Fun location - the village is not that big. Nice room, the nice roof top deck.

The service is like a place where no one really cares, but you are in Cap D'Agde so they can succeed anyway. Hard to get pool towels and communicate any needs to the staff. You really need to force any issue that you have. Overhead shower never worked, and it is very expensive for the the accommodations.
