The room was clean
The room was way overpriced.
There were lots of stairs up to the room.
No soap, shower gel or sanitary bags supplied just a soap dispenser on wall.

A better entrance into the driveway, it on a busy road.

The room was spacious and well appointed, with a large bathroom. The staff were fabulous and assisted us with luggage storage and advice regarding places to eat and transport.

The reception was warm on a cold wintry day. The room is spacious and very clean. Booked a room for 2 but the room can accommodate a family of 4. Quiet, away from the hustle n bustle of town center.
Convenience not within walking distance but a short drive of 10 mins to the pier and shopping malls.

Rooms are a bit outdated and location was hard to find.

The concierge that checked us in was incredibly
bubbly and helpful. Wealth of local knowledge, and very helpful. We didn’t get to check out the other amenities but they seemed good from afar.
Just a couple of things that made it feel not very clean - shower curtains, other people’s hair in the tub and stained towels.

for $250 no foxtel or even smart tv. no utensils to eat our take away. not even a microwave. definitely not good value for money. I won’t go there again.
