The rrooms are excellent, the food and wine choices were fab. The rooftop pool and spa areas were sparkly clean and so welcome after skiing.

Lovely hotel, very friendly staff, great food, good bar, nearby parking, comfortable and clean rooms. I didn't use the spa but I understand from other guests it was very good, as was the rooftop pool. Good location in the centre of Mayrhofen and a SkiBus stop right outside. Secure ski lockers provided in a very convenient premises next door.

The rooms were rather functional without things like tea/coffee facilities (at least in the building opposite the main hotel). The car park is quite difficult to navigate because of the odd delineation of the parking spaces. And perhaps the bar could stay open a little later...

The breakfast at Neue Post was exceptional. Huge selection of food. Fresh orange juice and juicing machine

The buffet, at both breakfast and dinner was excellent. There was a huge choice of options for every palette and a new special each evening for dinner. All of the food was of a very high standard and delicious.

The hotel was exceptionally good. The hotel was really well staffed and everyone was very professional and polite. The food was high end restaurant standard and was absolutely delicious. The breakfast buffet was unbelievably extensive. There was an amazing rooftop pool and indoor spa, pool and wellness centre. Towels & dressing gowns were provided. Ski bus stop runs very regularly from just across the road.

Breakfast was great and all food was good.

The communication was poor. We should have been told where everything was on checking in. We were told to check the app. Also we were 2 guys staying in the same room with a double bed! We told staff and they separated the bed into singles. No one explained the sofa in the room converted into a bed. So 2 big guys each stayed in a single bed for our stay. We barely slept becaus the beds were so small.
