Excellent staff and reception and bar. Bed very comfortable and bathroom very clean

I feel that the rooms could have a bit of an update regarding the decor and maybe a microwave and a coffee machine would help.

We went to the restaurant and the food was great. They must have had a flood and as you step out of the lifts you can smell it. They were drying with fans but I just find it hard to breathe.

Not a great deal just the smell in the corridor leading to my room

Only thing was no window in main living area of 2 bedroom flat

Good sized bedrooms and living area. Allocated a quiet room as requested. Was able to walk to shops and cafes. Would stay there again.

Bathroom without ventilation causing floors to remain covered with condensation overnight and still wet the next morning, bathroom floors were freezing. Basic and worn flatware and kitchen utensils.

Very nice room spacious. Undercover parking and laundry facilities were helpful. Restaurant was onsite and good.

Having paid in advance for breakfast to be included with accommodation, we were told to choose between juice or hot drink, an additional charge to be incurred is wishing a juice and a cup of tea.

Overcharged extra for breakfasts when these were included in original room booking. Room service dinners delivered quickly but salads not fresh.

There was something in the bed that was toxic on my hair. I slipped in the bath hurting myself it was very slippery and dangerous

there was a loud intermittent banging is something mental overnight

My daughter was extremely ill on the morning of our trip. Having stayed at the property numerous times before, I rang and explained the situation and asked to change the date of the stay. I was refused this and still made to pay the full cost of the room. Do not recommend this motel as they will not help their customers out.
