Wszystko zgodne z opisem. Ładnie i klimatycznie, pokoje duze. Kolejna wizyta więc znaczy dobrze. Czas się tu zatrzymał ale na plus :) Cisza i spokój.

Very peaceful environment. Spacious sleeping room. Nice place for (table) football and ping pong

Our room, cozy inner courtyard, quiet place, although located next to the road.
Walls made probably from paper, you can literally hear everything that comes from the other rooms (every single word)

Very cozy and beautiful old style farmhouse with beautiful garden. Many attractions for children
Some things in the common kitchen did not work, light was a little bit weak in the room and bathroom but that is nothing compared to how beautiful and cozy it was.

The kitchen is perfect and big.
The walls of the rooms are very weak. Everything can be heard from the neighbors.

It was a nice, quaint country house/complex. There were nice touches like towels twisted into swans. The owner always came to greet us when we arrived, and was accommodating.
There was an electric kettle, but we didn't see any cups or coffee/tea.

The property was extremely beautiful and the rooms were too. Absolutely loved the beds. The people there were really nice and the kitchen has all appliances you’d need. You’re in Cheb within 10 minutes and on the dragon bazar within 15 minutes with the car
In the shower, it took very long for the water to change temperature so I almost completely burned myself.

We liked this place, a feeling of old times, still well kept. A kitchen was nice, all very nice there in a beautiful countryside. Could meet some nice people as the kitchen is in common use.
My choice on countryside and based on that nothing negative to say.

A good place for various trips around Františkovy Lázně, Aš, Cheb (Eger) etc.
The house was not well soundproofed so we could not avoid hearing people talking and laughing at night. We were also unfortunate to have an attic room with a single small window for ventilation.

we had an appartment for 7 and there wasnt enough cutlery and other stuff in the kitchen as we had small kids with us. I was expecting more "home" style, not only basic things, equipment. It is a nice house so it would be nice to have it more decorated, to give it more care and go to the details.

Large accommodation close to Františkovy Lázně for a very reasonable price., Facilities for kids available. Outdoor table and chairs just for us.

Kids loved the bed compartments, lots of chunky wood, pretty farm, there was a trampoline and things for kids, the shower is good and there were enough towels and things there. The fire pit was useful for making dinner.
The stairs are dangerous for small kids that can fall out, the road and fridge is noisy, dogs that bark.
