Very friendly and welcoming staff, made an exception so we could use the spa longer, we loved the big bathtub for two, small but nice spa area with terrace

Unfortunately the coffee machine didn’t work at breakfast and nobody tried to fix it, there weren’t enough bowls and plates too and it took very long to replace them The room was a lacking lovely decoration as in the pictures There was a weird smell in the room

We liked the location and the premises, especially the terrace in front of the entrance. Also the staff was very kind and polite. The breakfast was also good.

There is nothing we didn't really like, but I would recommend to install a shower curtain or put tiles in front of the bathtub, because I would worry that the wood there will get damaged by water in time.

Always a great stay, the rooms are modern and clean. It is close to the city center and also easily accessible via car from the highway. Great plus is the spa area with a steam room and a sauna, accesible all day. Towels are readily available as well as small "kitchen" for tea and water.

This is a minor issue, we moved our reservation by a week. Confirmed via email but when we got there the reservation wasn't finalized or at least not visible to the other employee who checked us in. But like I said, it just meant that check in took 5 mins longer. No issue at all. Especially since they allowed us to move our reservation without any problem 2 days before the original trip.

Everything was perfect. Very comfortable room. Wellness area was perfect to relax after a long hike.

Breakfast could be better. We wanted scrammbel egg, but it was finished then we came for breakfast, then we asked for it , but never got it.

The pictures on Booking are very misleading and make the place look much more spacious and fancier than they are. The location is awful as it’s right next to some kind of massive structure/stadium. Not in nature and not in a good vibes area. There was also something that had been taken off the wall and not painted over. looked quite bad.

Property was very clean and the room was really nice as well. The Sauna and Steam was good and easy to access - breakfast was quite decent for the price and dinner was also amazing with somw local good. Very much recommended if the locations suits your need like it did for us.

The hotel is nice and equipped with sauna and gym. By walk is possible to reach the city center in 10/15 min. Parking is available in front of the hotel for no extra costs.

We checked the breakfast, but did not eat there. We really think the buffet breakfast presented for 14€ was not matching the other good facilities!

Only thing I could complain about is the mattress was a bit soft for me, but that a personal thing and it's a lot better than most

We stayed at a Suite with two bedrooms (but no kitchenette), which was located right next-door to the sauna/wellness area. The room came with a large terrace with couches and tables. Between the terrace and the wellness area, there were a lot of places to hang out both inside and out. The room was furnished in a beautiful wood theme and was spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable but not too soft. The receptionist was very kind, helpful and accommodating.

The area is quiet and peaceful, but a bit far from shopping, dining and sightseeing on foot.

Such amazing and cute place! We loved it! The room was very clean, they offer gym and sauna for free, and there is also nice bar inside the hotel if you wanna drink some beer with good music. The team is very kind and helpful. They give you lot of information about places to visit in the area. There is also free parking and good wifi connectivity. In my opinion the images not really show how awesome is this place. They have old part of the building, so maybe they didn’t update the images of the new part. Highly recommend!

We were greeted by very friendly and accommodating hotel staff, who let us park our car in their car park a long time before we were officially allowed to book in. The hotel lay in a quiet location away from the main town centre. Our room, as well as the hotel in its entirety was quiet and ultra modern. It had a state of the art bathroom which was roomy and contained a large shower cubicle with excellent water pressure.

A fan or Air-con would have been welcomed as the room was quite warm on a summer's afternoon. Opening the window would have compromised our privacy. Furthermore, the walk down to the marvelous lake and town took approximately 20 minutes to walk. However, the consolation was that the walk was extremely scenic and thus rewarding in its own right.

Location. Parking. Personnel. Robe . Own toothbrush.

No climatisation. No refrigerator. No dishes.
