the staff was the best!!! concierge Alfredo and bell boy Eduardo were attentive, polite, and assisted us with a private guide to take us to the wineries. he was wonderful! at the bar Axel was friendly knowledgeable and pleasant his manager Pilar bent over backwards to assist us! the food from the restaurant at the hotel was delicious!!! very well prepared

the property is a little dated it could use a freshener but while we were there new carpets were installed so good direction

3rd time I stayed at this hotel, it used to be good

Our flight has been cancelled and we arrived one day later. Tried to get in contact with hotel before, impossible somehow, nobody cared. Arrived and got assigned a room facing a daily, 120 decibel pool Party without any advice. Way of communication in general very bad, nobody is autorized to do anything there. Unfortunately, not sure if I stay there again.

Everything was amazing from every staff members great service, great room service, great cleaning staff , great valet ppl they move fast n motivated to help quick

parking too small .. needs a way bigger parking structure .. but valet ppl where on it my respect they did great

food was delicious, swimming pool area is great

hotel is old and needs an update . halls, elevators are too old. fauces in bathroom didn't work property.

location is close to everything. good food and great service / staff

locations was great because it is right on the fair and not because the party was right out the door until 4 am Rooms need some upgrades for the price
