que no tenia toallas, pero las pedí el jabón y papel de baño de muy baja calidad y encontré una cucaracha en el cuarto

The only thing I liked was the pool.

The security guard and the manager are always watching you. Also they don’t clean your room as much as they should.

The restaurant was wonderful. Beds are comfortable. Everything was clean and fresh.

The view was blah, but that didn't really matter to us. Otherwise, it was a pretty barebones room. We vould have used another chair. For a one night stay, none of thatattered.

room service was fast and good; waiters were beyond kind and that was great! fitness center and pool were great too

we couldnt set TV on (cable) so we watched OUR youtube instead

Breakfast was good. Service with a smile. Very accommodating staff.

We could have used a refrigerator in the room. My husband is diabetic and uses insulin which needs to be cooled. Staying one night we did all right but a longer stay would have posed a dilemma.
