I chose this hotel because of the amazing view from the pool and the calmness which it shows - but the problem is that the pool is available for everybody from the village, so it was full of kids shouting and jumping everywhere. I came to Assisi for the spiritual experience and the rest. This wasn’t it… In my opinion the pool should be available only to hotel guests. Also the pool wasn’t working for 2/3 days, nobody applogized, nobody offered a refund for it. Also when I was told that I can not usw the pool, the pool was used by some kids, when i asked why they can use it and i can not, i was told that it is son of the owner… The reception was almost all the time open but without receptionist, so when i was leaving and asked if i can leave the luggage there till the afternoon, they said yes that i can leave it there in the open space (available to anyone). When i asked if they can put it somewhere safe that i am not comfortable to leave it there, the receptionist told me that everybody leaves it there.. i do not know if it was the language barrier (i was speaking english) or what, but i didn’t feel like i was taken care for.

Beautiful location

The swimming pool was supposed to be opened, but when we arrived, the receptionist told us that the swimming pool was under renovation, it was disappointing for my 9 years old son.

Nice clean hotel with a small room. We stayed for one night; breakfast was okay but very simple. Very comfortable bed.

The quality-to-price ratio I find inadequate. The room and breakfast are overpriced.

hotel management were the worst i have ever dealt with they lied and lied to our faces about room we booked accused hotel.com and me changing rooms even though we didn’t. only when we threatened them with a poor review they offered us our original room straight away.

great view of Assisi from hotel, location was convenient and there was plenty of parking, close to bus stop to get up to Assisi,- the place sold bus tickets which was convenient. Had a restaurant so one could eat a good dinner or lunch. Breakfast was ok. Rooms appeared to be recently remodeled. Very nice hotel and not that expensive!

We needed to change rooms after one night as the room was a Butlins room from 50 years ago The toilet was so small I couldn’t fit in the shower plus you could sit on the toilet and brush your teeth at the same time We booked a superior double room

The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly the manager (don't know his name) who was incredibly courteous and kind. The young waiting staff were also great, and very professional. The restaurant was fantastic. Best pizzas ever! Wonderful views of my favourite city. The room itself was lovely - but...

The room itself was lovely - but I had requested an upgrade to a larger one with patio and this was not available on arrival, so I was very disappointed. Also, the room was above a rubbish dump so the room and bathroom permanent stank to high heaven. Not impressed at all. Even with the windows closed you could smell it. The swimming pool area was pretty basic and tatty and I didn't bother making use of it.

Wonderful hotel.. . The room was clean, well equipped and air conditioned. There is a bus stop just outside an local bus takes you into Assisi centre or a manageable walk. Great restaurant and pool. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Position was good

Well is overpriced for what you get, they use the swimming pool picture to catch you and then after you book you will discover that you must pay extra to access to it. Quite ridiculous… and by the way in to the pool they do water activities with very annoying music.

Its really a lovely place with great people. It has a lot of space. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel. With the bus you will reach the center of Assisi in 10-15 minutes. The restaurant is great and the food especially the pizza is excellent.

-20-25min walk from Assisi, the shuttle bus is just in front of the property -big room -big parking place

-mouldy bathroom -needs renovations -the Restaurant is quite busy and noisy in the night

Safe parking, good location

Great place to stay for sightseeing in lovely Assissi. First line from the historic center, so the view from the premises is unbeatable. In summertime you can probably enjoy the pool and view to Assissi at the same time. Helpful staff and a very good restaurant on-site. A city bus into the historic center just outside, I took it all the way up and walked down, perfect if you are not into intensive climbing. I would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Our room was small and on the dark side, but the bathroom in turn was spacious as it was adjusted to people with disabilities.

Fantastic view over Assisi. Close to the station.
