- não faz sentido ter de ir a outro hotel do mesmo grupo tomar o pequeno almoço se chove então não se pode ir porque fica a 600 metros e a descer. Piso escorregadio . - deram nos um quarto que a partir das 7h40 ninguém dormia porque metiam as máquinas a trabalhar e o motor fazia muito barulho. Quarto 212. Quem vai para descansar esquece . - os quartos muito mal limpos. Com cotão nos toalheiros . - para mim não é hotel de 4 estrelas acho que há hotéis de 2 estrelas melhores que este .. - caução na entrada de 100€ - no inventário tem coisas que não constam no quarto . - as máquinas do ginásio mereciam uma manutenção.

great location, staff Thais and Orlando very helpful. all inclusive was great, would definitely recommend booking dinner once you arrive, always booked out. towels available to rent for the beach and were changeable every day which was great. great for the kids as there are snakes and birds you can take pictures with. small playground on site. gym and sauna available. pool table and table tennis. massages available.

bottom floor very bad ants, usually I ignore them in hotels but they were very bad, only deluxe rooms have comfortable and updated rooms, for such a large group some facilities are lacking power E.g. hair dryer could be a bit better. only 1 person on the desk, occasionally 2 but the extra person was not helpful at all, they stood around and were only capable of small tasks such as luggage room key, not able to check in or out or help with questions. always around a 15 minute wait at the front desk. The bar/ club attached to the hotel is not included in the all inclusive yet is mentioned as a point of interest on arrival. there should be a section on the website to book dinner yourself, as it would allow customers to see the wide range of restaurants available. there are around 27 restaurants to dine at and we were only made aware of a few at the front desk, an online website would have been very helpful showing choices. we went to visit bites a few times which is a small food place for all inclusive customers to grab a late night snack and were met with disappointment as each time we went it was closed even though it was mentioned on our leaflet it should be open. there isn’t a lot of information of the all inclusive restaurants, again I think a website would be very helpful. there is a website available but very little information there. there are no opening times shown for the restaurants to know which days they are open, a lot of people would rather see information themselves than ask multiple questions at the desk. no food at our pool bar but could get food at the sister hotel next door, but you weren’t allowed leave the property with it.

Room was so warm the air con was not working properly , so many mosquitos in the room , no help at all from reception at all , stayed at this hotel 5 times and always been good , we even offered to pay for another room but was turned down , over all will not be staying here again 😡🥺

Staff were great and the pool area looked nice but we only stayed one night as we were at another hotel for most of our stay so we didn't get to use it.

The room was very dated which is fine but the bathroom looked dirty even though it was probs the cleanest it could get just because there were old black marks everywhere and it was rotting in some areas. The shower head looked make shift and wasn't very strong so you couldn't really lift it otherwise the water would only dribble out. The bed had a waterproof cover underneath (I could feel it) which made it very hot for some reason. The air con did not work so I couldn't sleep due to how hot it was. I paid £97 on booking.com for one night so it wasn't a cheap room. I'm glad it was only for one night, I definitely could not stay longer.

check in time, issue with checking in taking over an hour allocating us the same room 3 times for 3 different people, being charged for a cancellation even though is given plenty of notice not to be told about it until the money had been debited from the account, use of ‘all inclusive’ no bars were actually on site or even restaurants and no map or anything was given in terms of where these were located, between the 13 of us that paid to travel all inclusive we didn’t receive any drink or food from the hotel during our full stay.

Location is really perfect if you are traveling and need some shopping. Everything is near you, restaurants,bars, stores ATM swimming pool ecc

For a vacation at the sea, the beach is too far for everyday walking.But the one in Albufeira is huge ,nice, but far.
