Carpets in rooms need cleaning it just isn’t as well kept as it could be. The breakfast is very limited but good for a short stay

it was tired and dated decor, it all needed refreshing and replacing. there was no help from the receptionist who was astonished when we asked for more tea (only one bag per flavour was provided) and then brought up the wrong one. we were the only ones eating in the restaurant but it it still took an hour for our main course to arrive - missing bits but at least what we did have tasted nice and the waiter did his best. I had been trying to book the attached spa for a month but with sporadic and unhelpful contact from the team (who were lovely in person) it was all booked when we got there. Their loss as there are loads of other spas close by. the parking was supposed to be secure but the gate had been broken for a while.

top of the range, i was really impressed and the menu was excellent, staff very friendly and they served us on time and they even made special arrangements to serve us earlier because we had to leave at 8am for work on Sunday.

pool was not at the acceptable standard and the fitness room machines are not fully functioning

Location is close to the beach as well as shops/restaurants. The room was big with a nice patio. Beautiful bathroom. Loved the spa, especially the jacuzzi.

The maintenance of the place isn’t of 5 star standard. Breakfast didn’t have variety. Wished the kitchen was open for dinner as expected in a 5star hotel.

Welcoming staff, good location, good breakfast, crisp white clean bedding, safe parking. All amenities listed are available.

Generally clean place, however, replacing carpet on stairs , replacing some dated couches and cleaning dusty corners would help.

The stuff was great!

The hotel facilities, furniture, television are old. No smart TV, Lounge TV didn't work. Shower consistency is slow.

everything was pefect…SO to the guy who was working late when we checked in on Saturday afternoon around 7..very helpful. Thank you

The breakfast is very limited. Was very disappointed by it. The waiter didn’t even ask which bread we want. Just gave us a brown bread

The rooms are so big, a shower and a bathroom which gives a guest more options and are extremely big.

If you can have a gym facility.

1. Cleaning of rooms thoroughly. The shower had spider webs and there was generally dust. 2. Employees at reception don't seem to know everything around property, like breakfast start time, what to do in order to upgrade room.

The checkout time was stated 11am but we were harassed to leave at 10:30. Sliding door was broken and the sink was blocked.
