great view from the balcony and excellent ski in ski out.

the swim/ sauna area was a bit small for the amount of people.

Cleanliness There was mould almost all over the bathroom and shower. Its a shame because a bit fo attention could make it so much more pleasant Stated ski in/out...this is not true

how close it was to the ski slopes/rentals

facilities (amenities in the room a lil too old) from the carpets to the bathrooms some renovations would be to consider they charge too high for what it was

Spa. Ski in and out. Access to everything we needed very close.

There was very little information in the apartment about restaurants, bars, takeaways etc. The apartment was quite grubby and we found ourselves cleaning when we should have been enjoying our holiday. The shower was horrible. Although there were signs everywhere about not wearing ski boots to and from apartments no one took any notice and it was very loud in the mornings.

Accomodation is basic but quite good when skiing is all you want. Wellness centre is nice after a day of winter sports.

It is absolutely incomprehensible that no one makes sure that the walking areas are free of ice. After some days of snow, ot was not possible anymore to walk safely to the reception or other areas in the hotel. Wonder whether the hotel can be held liable when an accident occurs. This will happen inevitably.

Ski to/from the door of the apartment. The tv included Netflix. The kitchen was well stocked. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We were given a disabled access apartment on the ground floor. The carpets were very dirty. The sofa was not very comfortable. The bathroom flooded every time you had a shower. Snow removal around the apartment complex was non existent. Plagne Soleil was boring and not very pretty.
