Room was large and spacious with all the facilities you need. Free locker room was a great addition and conveniently located next to the ski hire shop, ski school, shops and restaurants.
Ski out was really useful, however the ski-in is tricky as a button lift required which is tough for younger kids.
Swimming facilities were not well maintained. Water was murky, jacuzzi only half filled and not possible to use. Steam room was switched off.

plenty of space for a group of 10 people! spacious rooms and living room. Ski in/out is also great. The raclette you can order from reception is great value!
the main disapointment was the spa/pool area. Felt quite dirty, always packed with people, quite loud and the sauna and hamam were both out of order when we went (Sauna was fixed next day but constantly crowded and not particularily enjoyable)

The access to sauna and the pool or jacuzzi is not guarded and a lot of people don't take any shower when enter in sauna or jacuzzi. Moreover some of them are going directly from sauna to jacuzzi without taking a shower after sauna. Too small sauna and jacuzzi for such a big resort.

12 person duplex is a great value got money: spacious, very good location, ski in/out, just a 2min walk to the centrally located square in La Plagne Soleil. Elevator very conveniently giving access to ski locker/parking garage from apartment
apartment was a bit worn, would be great to have charging facilities in the parking garage for electric cars

Accommodation a little shabby, light fittings not working in the bathrooms and a shortage of hot water at peak times

Spa. Ski in and out. Access to everything we needed very close.
There was very little information in the apartment about restaurants, bars, takeaways etc.
The apartment was quite grubby and we found ourselves cleaning when we should have been enjoying our holiday.
The shower was horrible.
Although there were signs everywhere about not wearing ski boots to and from apartments no one took any notice and it was very loud in the mornings.

Accomodation is basic but quite good when skiing is all you want. Wellness centre is nice after a day of winter sports.
It is absolutely incomprehensible that no one makes sure that the walking areas are free of ice. After some days of snow, ot was not possible anymore to walk safely to the reception or other areas in the hotel. Wonder whether the hotel can be held liable when an accident occurs. This will happen inevitably.

Ski to/from the door of the apartment. The tv included Netflix. The kitchen was well stocked. The staff were friendly and helpful.
We were given a disabled access apartment on the ground floor. The carpets were very dirty. The sofa was not very comfortable. The bathroom flooded every time you had a shower. Snow removal around the apartment complex was non existent. Plagne Soleil was boring and not very pretty.
