the staff need new uniforms desperately if the are to represent the hotel . restaurant closed on Monday

outstanding service.

Needs more variety of cuisine and food overall for breakfast.

The room is very spacious. Also, the bathroom is big.

The staff in the room dining service are not trained well. I asked for a very easy thing (like only remove the pork from the pizza) and yet they didn't understand and brought it with the pork. Every time when I call to ask for something I need a very long time to explain to them and they still don't understand.

There is a lot to be improved at the French restaurant. It was a bit disappointing.

Staff were awesome and had exceptional veiws

Had issues with my room and the hotel has no compensation measures in place

Everything was wonderful! I really want to find out which mattresses they use, I had the best sleep! The views were breathtaking over the city side, with Tokyo Tower in full view and the staff are exceptional!
