The pictures of the apartment is exactly what the apartment looks like. The apartment was big, cozy and well kept. The location was great. The owner was easy to reach and provide information about the area.

The apartment is suitable for a family with children. There is a parking space next to the house. Accommodation is easy - we received very clear instructions from the hosts for the key and the apartment.

Very spacious clean apartment with two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and living room/bedroom. Perfect for a one night stay-over. Key straightforwardly retrieved from a locker. Supermarket in walking distance. Pizzeria two streets further is indeed good.

General environment of the property is not that great. Located directly next to a relatively busy street there is certainly quite some traffic noise. With windows closed this is not problematic. However, I would not recommend it for longer stays.

This I had here, is one of the worst experiences I've had with Booking.com reservations. The owners of the property were so rude and aggressive, so unkind and unfair, that it is hard to understand how could they run any business in a civilized country like Germany. I opted for "payment in the structure" and my bank account was charged 30 minutes after my booking took place, while I was still away from the property. This is illegal. On Booking.com it was written that the apartment would have a washing machine available in the kitchen: it was listed as a private service. Nothing like that in reality. The washing machine is in the basement and you cannot even use it at night. Pointless and useless, I would have never booked this place, so far from Munich, if I knew the truth about it. I mentioned the fact to the owners and they called me back with bad words and bad tones. Zero respect. Another thing: the apartment is dirty beyond the imaginable. Hairs and dirt everywhere in the shower... The wi-fi was not working. Simply unacceptable. Like always with Booking.com, the customers end up being abused by the strange mechanics of your service. Charging the customers beforehand when he requires differently is a brutal insult to the customers' right and a an act which gives rise to situations such as this one, a situation where the owners can perpetrate every form of abuse on the customer because they were already paid anyways. I have requested my money to be refunded and the booking to be cancelled for the second day. I did this the night before on the phone, with the Booking.com staff. They guaranteed me I would get the refund, yet they have now informed me that I won't. Rest assured that I will seek justice with all the means available. I also encourage any potential customers to stay away.
