The lobby looked beautiful, but suite amenities were Poor. Not enough towels and the ones in the room smelled musty and like smoke. Not enough hand soap provided. Common areas were nice, good bar area.

The suites need updating. Menu can be improved.

I had to wait more than 1 hours for my rooms ready even the timing for check in on 14:00.

Room was cozy and nice. Lobby was very welcoming and staff very attentive. Christmas eve dinner was very good. But need to keep the food warm during the buffet. Good that for buffet breakfast and dinner guests are not allowed to touch the food. Only staff can serve guests. That's a good standard.

Fitness and Pool area could be improved. Breakfast choices could be better. Need to be more careful with the glasses and cutelery as we found some pieces dirty.
