Like the staff it was first day Ramadan and asked them to arrange food for me as I am fasting and they done this with happiness

The large bed, great sized room, modern decor.

A Very expensive hotel for the services offered. In no way a 5* hotel. On a main road with dogs barking all night so impossible to leave window open. Awful square toilet! Flood bathroom when taking a shower! Not a well designed bathroom. Very modern design but that doesn't make it 5* Spa was very expensive just to use facilities, pool, tub etc. Outdoor free pool not heated so too cold to use. Nobody at the pool bar to serve when we visited, in fact I didn't see anyone else in the hotel, staff or guests except the two very nice men on reception. I didn't take breakfast but I understand it was good. Car parks quite a walk and no direct access from inside the hotel. A nice 4* holiday hotel but far too expensive for the services and lack of luxury expected of a 5* hotel.

Bar and restaurant prices a bit steep

Breakfast buffet was excellent, also bike rental at the property fantastic as its a place to explore and I even had a great massage too.

Rock hard beds, bad restaurant experience

We enjoyed breakfast very much and appreciated the transportation provided by the hotel. The driver was very polite and had considerable experience driving in the area.

That we had accidentally booked twice and were unable to get a refund for the extra booking. It was most unfortunate..,

Staff were very friendly and the swimming pool was great.

When booking do make sure you know which aspect your rooms have in terms of views and on what floor as some also face the road.

Loads of free parking, two swimming pools, close to town. Breakfast was quite good. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Room was loud (it was on the ground floor close to reception and heard a lot of moving/shuffling upstairs in the restaurant very early morning). Food options and service at the rooftop pool were lacking, quite slow, minimal and disappointing quality. Also, the room temp is somewhat controlled by the hotel so we found it quite frustrating that the AC was continually switched off and woke up quite warm a couple nights (it was quite hot during our stay).

Impressive service and great pool

The esthetics were beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with a very nice terrace overlooking the sea. It was impeccably clean.

Wy fi Not working, air conditioner not working, bed soo uncomfortable, weird design , my room overlooked a big parking lot with alot of bright lights on all night

Certainly not a 4 ( not to mention 5) stars hotel. Friendly stuff, but it doesn't change the opinion in general. Poor breakfast and cheep style. They better reconsider the number of promised stars.
