Everywhere was spotless, the staff were so really helpful.

the bed wasn’t very comfortable but that is just my personal choice. The hill up to the apartments is a bit tough in the heat but the evening it’s fine. A taxi back from town was 8euro. The climb up is worth it for the views

the view, everyone who works there, the pool and bar area, location near to Skiathos town centre. it’s a wonderful place to stay. we’ve stayed here before and booking again was a no-brainer. everyone was lovely, helpful and made staying with young kids as enjoyable as it could possibly be.

we’ve stayed before, so knew about a couple of things anyone staying for the first time would want to be aware of- it’s at the top of a hill so be prepared for some exercise if you are on foot. it’s only a very short climb, but quite a steep one! we took our two kids- 4y and 18mo. we booked a family apt which (we didn’t know until we got there) compromised an upstairs and downstairs, with the entrance on the lower floor and access via a steep open staircase which wasn’t suitable for the smaller one unattended, and could be treacherous for anyone after a few beers. the result was that we blocked the stairs when we were in so the littlest couldn’t climb, and didn’t use the upstairs room at all, which was a bit of a waste. next time we’d make sure in advance that we were in an apt more suitable for the kids ages

We loved the views and the pool area and pool bar. We loved the newly refurbished rooms.

There is nobody to help you up the stairs with luggage to your room. Reception closes during the day which is not advertised and the staff left to help you have not much knowledge. There is room service advertised but no phone in the rooms to call them or nobody to bring the food up. There is no laundry service. Your towels don’t get changed daily. There is one major thing that really lets this property down which is a shame - the staff. The woman at reception was very unhelpful. She had no knowledge of anything we asked her and no intention to try find out. (basic things about surroundings i.e. busses, best way to walk into town, excursions and the list goes on) Her attitude made it clear it’s not her job or problem. The barman that worked in the evenings was initially very rude to us and rather abrupt and just unfriendly thereafter. The barman that worked during the day just sat smoking in the corner all day and was rude when I asked the price of the baklava and told me to look up the price myself.
