The location is the only thing that was good

SCAMMERS! They get you to pay well before you get there because otherwise you wouldn’t check in! The place was filthy! The elevator wasn’t cleaned the whole week we were there, there’s mould and rust everywhere! The bathroom was ridiculously small and there’s a running water noise throughout the night in the main bedroom. Couldn’t leave with out forfeiting the money already spent.

Location was excellent as expected

We didn’t get the room I had booked and paid for (beachfront at the front of the property with wide deck with views from both ends of the beach as described in the booking). When queried I was told completely booked out so no chance of changing even though I had booked in March. Tired and well worn facilities in apartment and mould on all window frames especially in bedrooms. Staff did address this in a timely manner though but not what you expect when paying top dollar.
